I am a professional so I expect professional behavior from a company. I made an appointment for 1-3. No one showed up! I had to take a day off work to wait for them. I can't keep taking off work to wait for ""professionals"" who don't show up! Please don't lie to me!

The plumber from Rooney Plumbing just left after solving my with my clogged toilet. It was a quick repair with a very reasonable fee, which made my day!!! I could tell the serviceman was knowledgeable and experienced within a short amount of time. I will definitely recommend & call this company in the future!!!

This is the worst plumbing company I have ever encountered - and I spent over 30 years in residential construction and knew of many reliable, truthful plumbing companies. We have only one bathroom and one toilet - none of fixtures would drain. They were informed of this.

They were called first at 11 am this morning - promised plumber by 3 PM today - the plumber called at 3:30, said he'd gotten stuck in traffic, but was on his way, wasn't too far away.

Later, we received a call from the office--that plumber had been called away on an ""emergency"", but they were sending another plumber. We said fine. A little after 5pm, the office called and said that the second plumber was stuck in traffic, so they were sending out a THIRD plumber, who'd be here by 6pm.

Six pm came and no plumber, so we called the office, who promised the plumber would be here by 6:25. We informed them that if they couldn't be here by 6:30 that we were cancelling and would call a reliable plumber
Then we were promised a plumber by 6:30 pm - NO PLUMBER. So we left.
We have to believe that this company only hires pathological liars or they have a great deal of trouble with the truth. No one likes to be lied to and this company managed to lie to us 4 times.
No one needs the frustration of being lied to this many times - once is one too many time. They managed to lie to us from 11 am until 6:30 pm 7.5 hours.

This company was called out by our Property Management. We had a TERRIBLE clog to where both toilets and shower were nonfunctional. Chris was AMAZING! Took every measure possible to address and fix the issue. Very courteous, great communication, and went above and beyond when it came to making it so we were not inconvenienced and cleaned up after himself. Thank you Chris!

Don't use this unprofessional company! ! We called on Friday at 5pm to report that our clean out that they just supposedly fixed the night before, was backed up again. They said someone would call back within an hour..never happened. It is now Saturday morning, we have called twice, still no call back. They don't stand behind their work and have very poor, no , actually nonexistent customer service! !
