Quick friendly service and affordable too. Phillip came out in less than an hour, fixed the problem, and just charged $79. ( base/initial fee $89 and if you mention ad, they deduct $10). Will definitely call them again, if needed. Highly recommend this company.

This review is long over due. We have used RR for several years now. We are always pleased with the results. Ron himself shows up to work! How cool is that?
RR removed and replaced our copper plumbing; so far no problems to speak of.
I call and they show up in a timely manner. I believe their service prices are fair and worth the cost.

Great service. To come out was $89 but it would go to the cost of repair if I used them.

The lady who answered was nice and knowledgeable. The plumber who arrived ""Jeff"" was friendly and professional and quick.

They are sort of cheating the money. When I called I specifically told the lady my concern, and ask for detail of inspection and pricing. She said the initial fee is 89 , but if there is a service, the money will count toward the service fee. No quote suggested.

When the guy came, no name, no business card, just came in repair the part of the toliet without giving me a reason till after he put it in, said everything was fine.

Still didn't address my issue which is the sewer line. Didn't bother to check my front n back yard because we had many trees plus broken pipes before.

Called back and same lady said , I have to pay 189 dollars to check the sewer line which 89 doesn't not count toward here.

Not gonna trust this company again

Had a new tenant moving in and the tankless water heater was not working so I called them out to turn it on, turns out the unit was not getting power and tech told me to call electrician, original quote for service call was $89 and I paid it. Wanted a 2nd opinion and called Roto-Rooter Bakersfield and turns out they agreed and told me the same thing the only difference was they didn't charge me a penny since they were not able to fix the issue. You now know who I will be calling for our plumbing needs.

It was like 3 years ago that I used them to fix my water heater but I only have good memories of quick and honest service. I've moved since then and am having water heater issues again so I'll be calling soon!
