I called Ron's last night when my wife mentioned that something in our kitchen smelled really bad. I thought maybe something got left in the sink too long but no that wasn't it. I checked the garbage disposal and it was working fine so I decided to just load the dishwasher and run it in case it was something in the sink I was missing. We don't go through a great deal of dishes so I usually rinse off dishes until I have enough for a dishwasher load or just hand wash so it had been about 8 days since the dishwasher last ran.

Opened it up and found the source of the smell, standing water just sitting in the bottom of the dishwasher, it didn't drain last time and I didn't notice. I couldn't take the smell and couldn't figure out what was wrong so I called Ron's and spoke to Ken. He told me he could come out that night and fix it no issues. He took my address and came over.

The work itself was well done, Ken explained the issue and showed me what caused it and how he fixed it. He also fixed a pipe issue under the sink and caulked my sink because it was loose. I am completely satisfied with Ken's work I want to make that clear, he did great work.

The reason for the loss of stars is for what I felt was kind of shady about the price. Ken didn't mention anything about a service fee or a quote or anything. It wasn't until he was at my house, under the sink looking at the pipes that he tells me ""oh I forgot to mention it's Sunday night so it's time and a half with a 2 hour minimum."" The total for the work came out to over $300....holy crap. I didn't like that he waited until he was on-site and already starting to tell me that, I think I might have suffered through the night and waited until today if he had filled me in on that detail from the start instead of sliding it in there once the work had started.

We've used Ron's a couple times to fix issues with our water heater -- once for a last-minute replacement of a pressure relief valve that was done by Ron himself (at 5pm on a Friday, no less!), and once to replace an old water heater whose bottom had rusted out with a new tankless unit. Ron and his employees were prompt, polite, and did a great job each time. We will be using them for all our future plumbing projects. Highly recommended!

The repair man did do a quick and decent job. How ever he did the work prior to providing a quote. He the tried to charge my elderly in laws almost 300.00 for 50min of work and 5 dollars in materials.
When I asked for an invoice to represent the extremely high cost I was told by the plumber and the office manager that they do not do invoices for residential customers.
The plumber him self called me and told me he would drop the price 100.00 because he didn't provide an appropriate quote. And I informed him that I would call the office to get an invoice. Once again I was told they do not invoice work. So I asked to speak with the owner.
The owner Ron called me him self and would not listen to my issues told me I was ignorant and did not know what service call was, told me that the other companies I have called gave me false information, and then hung up on me.

This place is a rip off. I do not know how they stay in business. Basically they tried taking advantage of my elder in laws and when they realized that I know what I am and talking about they screamed and yelled as to not hear the truth and then hung on me.

Quick friendly service and affordable too. Phillip came out in less than an hour, fixed the problem, and just charged $79. ( base/initial fee $89 and if you mention ad, they deduct $10). Will definitely call them again, if needed. Highly recommend this company.

This review is long over due. We have used RR for several years now. We are always pleased with the results. Ron himself shows up to work! How cool is that?
RR removed and replaced our copper plumbing; so far no problems to speak of.
I call and they show up in a timely manner. I believe their service prices are fair and worth the cost.
Thank you for RR for being great. We like doing business with this company.
