The woman who answered the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. She said she could get me someone to fix my issue in an hour - and she was right!
The plumber showed up around an hour after our conversation. He was polite as well! He was in and out in about 15 minutes. My issue was fixed!
I would definitely do business with them again!

Excellent service. We called and spoke to Ron at 0745 to describe our problem, and then Cody was at my house at 0805. Cody fixed a main sewage blockage in less than an hour and could not have been a nicer guy. I will only use these guys from now on. Thank you!

Was very disappointed with Ron's my second time around. I called them out to repair my water heater and they replaced the pilot assembly. The technician did a poor quality job as he left connections outside of the protective guard. When questioned about it, technician said the connections were longer than the originals since they only carry standard parts and that he didn't want to bend the wires so not to kink them. In the end, the owner came out and explained that they carry standard parts since most people need the repair ASAP and aren't willing to wait a few days to get OEM parts. This makes complete sense however they still need to communicate that to the customer beforehand and allow the customer to make the decision. The owner did acknowledge that leaving the connections outside of the guard was not acceptable. Will probably look for a different provider for my future plumbing needs.

Had them do some work at my rental property. They were prompt and did an excellent job. I inItially thought it needed a camera inspection and had them quote me a price for that. When he arrived, he fixed it without the camera inspection and told me he didn't think it needed it. He saved me a hundred dollars off their quote. A good, honest company. I highly recommend them.

Called Rons Plumbing for a backed up drain; Ron himself showed up in less than an hour. He was courteous and knowledgable. He took care of the problem quickly. We would definitely use this plumbing service again.

This place is a joke. The guy who fixed my water heater (Ron) left my gas valve on when he fixed my heater. My wife told him numerous times that she smelt gas. He looked at her like a dummy and as though she didn't know what she was talking about. Instead of making sure there was no leak, this clown took his check and left. He stated that the gas would dissipate within minutes..... NOPE..... Inside of our house started to smell and we had to open all the windows. My kids were in the house. We told the neighbors and had to call the gas company to check it out. They told us the valve was loose and needed tightening. (It's documented)... We called this clown and told the situation to his employee. She told us this coward would call us back up... Never did... After reading another negative review, I had to write mine... I wasn't the only one who had to deal with this clown. I don't want to see anyone hurt. I will contact the licensing board....

I called Ron's Plumbing and told them I had a water heater problem. They had a Tech out within a couple hours. The Tech was very knowledgeable helpful and respectful. I am self employed and understand that Customer Service is very important! Install is neat and we have Hotwater Again!! Thanks Ron

Please read this review about this business before you call them for any services. This is about my experience word for word, action to action. I called RONS SPEEDY ROOTER & PLUMBING REPAIR business on June 12th 2015 at 10:30am to get service for a clogged pipe, overflowing toilets and showers. The call was just fine and the lady was nice about setting up the service and she provided me with a technician right away. My technician Matt had arrived shortly after the appointment was made. Matt was very friendly and gave me all options for the service he was going to provide for me and was very clear about the price he was going to charge me at for the hour of labor that he worked. As he was working he noticed his snake wiring had got stuck and advised me that he was going to have to call his boss RON the owner of the business to come help with the problem. Matt had set the proper expectation that there might be a camera charge to perform a video check up to see what the problem was. I had agreed to the price expectation he had set for me and let him know I had to go to work at this time. He was aware of this and said he would call me to confirm pricing of any additional services he would have to perform. My visiting relatives who don't speak English were at my house during this time and had my credit card to perform any charges after the job was complete. I got a call from RON around 12:50pm when I was at work. This is where everything goes south and please pay attention to what RON expressed to me. RON said our pipes were so damaged that his snake wiring had broken during the job to fix the main drain. Right after he had told me this information he said I would have to pay for his company's damaged equipment at $400. I was a bit confused of why I would pay for his damaged equipment so I expressed to him that I wasn't liable for his company's equipment and didn't sign or agree to anything about paying for equipment that could possibly be damaged on the job. RON started to get defensive with me stating our pipes had inconveniently broke his expensive equipment and expressed he would have to go to Los Angeles to get replacement equipment. He was frustrated that I had asked him if I can get a second opinion to make sure the charges were valid. I called back about 10 minutes after he called me and told him right away I had received a professional opinion about the $400 damaged equipment charge and that I disagree with paying for his company's damaged equipment. He interrupted me and started laughing asking who this professional was. I then stated I wasn't trying to be rude to him but just stated I disagreed with the charge. I then told him I would pay for the labor and kindly asked him to leave my property. He then threatened me that he would call his Lawyer and made this comment! ATTENTION PLEASE READ. RON the OWNER of the business stated to me ""WE DON'T DEAL WITH THIS KIND OF SHIT OFTEN, BUT WHEN WE DO IT'S ALWAYS YOU F*CKERS FROM A DIFFERENT COUNTRY""
I was speechless and offended on so many levels from these statements and called him a racist. Exactly what he is. The color of my skin or the tone of my language had nothing to do with this transaction. I PLEASE ADVISE EVERYONE NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS RACIST OWNER. He tried to take advantage of me not being there and my relatives who don't speak English. Come on guys does it make sense that I pay for your equipment if it breaks on the job? Come on RON I wasn't born yesterday. Please understand we didn't do anything wrong. My relatives offered them water and iced coffee due to the hot weather and didn't bug them or speak to them during the job. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. Sorry not sorry. Zero stars...

Called early in the morning to hopefully get a repairman out right away. They were at my house in about an hour. Had to go pick up supplies. The service man that came was Named Chase. Extremely friendly guy and very nice and polite. So was customer service when I called to get an appointment.
It took Chase about 20 mins to fix what ""the other guy"" took an hour to install incorrectly. I am very happy with the workman ship that was provided at a very fair price.
I will use this company from now on for any further plumbing needs.

Ron's Speedy Plumbing has worked on my residence and at my place of work. Robert (Bobby) arrived quickly, found the source of our problem fast and had our water down for the minimal time (my estimate is 1-2 minutes). He was courteous, professional and very efficient. He offered advice on further needs outside his scope of work and cleaned up after himself.

The price was very reasonable and honest.

I would definitely recommend Ron's Speedy Plumbing to residential and business owners.
