Ron's Septic Tank & Drain

I have an airbnb on the basement level of our home and had guests checking in on a Friday. I did a last minute inspection of the apartment before they arrived to find a dried layer of brown looking stuff in the bottom of the kitchen sinks and realized the septic tank had likely caused this. I soon learned finding someone who will come to your home on a Friday afternoon or weekend is next to impossible! I called at least 10 local companies. 2-3 said they'd come on the next morning but only Ron showed up! He & his guys were quick locating and digging up the tank. Ron explained everything and did a great job checking when he was finished to make sure we had no further problems. The price was kinda steep, $650, but that may be the going rate? Highly recommend this company to empty and clean out your septic tank.

Always takes great care of us. When we call his crew comes as quick as they can. We have a restaurant and can't have any down time when it comes to sewer draining. Ron and his sons do good work.

I gave Ron one star because he answered the phone. I had sent him paperwork two months ago so he could get paid in a timely manner through our new system. I had a main line back up today and I called him and he told me he needed to get a credit card payment at time of service.
I guess he waits till you really have a problem and then dictates the payment terms.
I need a plumber, not Rons.

We had a drain problem and were charged $360.00 to cleared only to have repeated problem 2 days later. Ron refuses to come out to complete 3 month warranty. He hung up on me as I cried & didn't understand why we won't be taken care of as real human customers. He claims to call the sheriff because I called back for real customer service which is crap & lies until corrected. Everyone in this business should have a title like service technicians etc but who calls a worker ""their Mexican."" I find that term offensive & I say find someone who does good business & skip this BS company until I see results.
