I have used Ron's for years to help both my Grandmother and Mom (both of which were elderly and living alone in their own homes.) There aren't many companies that I trust to take care of my family but Ron's is definitely one of them! They provided and continue to provide reliable service, fast response times and a level of professionalism that is rare today. I would recommend Ron's to anyone. They have worked on plumbing as well as heating and HVAC issues for my family and it is repaired or replaced correctly the first time at reasonable prices. Wonderful service. We called them the night before a huge snow storm and they couldn't come immediately but as soon as they were able to drive a very courteous technician (Armando) came to our house. I cannot say enough about the level of service we received by Ron's Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning! I had a leak under my sink and needed a new kitchen faucet replaced as well. They came out and fixed the leak, but in order to replace my faucet, the water to the house needed to be turned off first (so they could also install a shut-off value for my hot water-old house-didn't have one!). The city turn off was ceased and so I had to call them to have them loosen it. When they finally came out-they actually shut my water OFF-and it was after hours. When I called in a panic to Ron's-the technician had just got home from a hard day of work, but put his shoes back on just so I didn't have to wait on the city to turn my water back on! Did I mention it was right a dinner time? They came back out the next day to install my sink and all was well! Thanks for going that extra mile!

Ron's Plumbing is close by and is convenient and has done work for us many times in the past. However, there have been times where we were charged an astronomical price and never questioned. But just recently, we had to have our bathtub plunged, of which I tried myself but to no avail. Ron's son in law came by, unscrewed the drain stopper, put a plastic bag in the stopper and plunged. The charge 165.00. When we got the bill, we were shocked! I call the senior Ron, asked how much do you charge plunging a tub, he stated 140.00 and an extra 25.00 for using the machine. A total of 165.00. I asked him to repeat this and he got a bit annoyed. I told him that y'all had billed us 165.00 and there was no machine used. He immediately got defensive and said 'you are trying to trick me', you should have told me first that you were talking about a bill'. I said 'no, I wanted to find out what you would have charged'. He then told me to reduce it to 140.00 and hung up on me. The next day I called around a few other plumbing places and they stated that they would normally charge anywhere between 95.00-125.00. I told these places about Ron Smith Plumbing and these other places were very aware and heard of their tactics before. People, please beware. I will NEVER use them again in the future. They are crooks and take advantage of elderly widow women.

Ron's came out and supplied us with tip top professional work. We had a heater problem, and their crew was able to fix it quick and cheap.
