If you're looking to install Tankless Water Heaters, look no further! Lucky for me that I found Ron's A-1 Plumbing (aka Tankless Water Heaters USA). I contacted them and arranged for Omer (one of the owners) to come to my house for an extensive walk through and estimate. He was extremely knowlegable and understood my objectives immediately. I subsequently received a detailed estimate from Martha and then after a number of revisions to clarify the models, installation and rebate status, I arranged for installation of two Rinnai RSC 199e water heaters. I finalized the details with Ron (the other owner). Milton, Rudy and Omer did the installation and they were an obviously very experienced team. Neat, clean, efficient and very experienced. I couldn't be more delighted. The installations were PERFECT! Everything works GREAT! By the way, I had other estimates and their prices and terms were more than fair. 5 Stars! What's the point to have business if you only care about the money and nothing else? This company have no manners and no professionalism towards their clients. They are disgusting, especially Ron who is one of the owner. It's making me sick to my stomach just to think about the tone of his voice.

I am not going to tell you not to hire them. You can make your own decision of course, but please be careful if you do hire them because it's going to be a nightmare. They have no respect for your property, your furniture and your floors. They are careless, they have no manners, poor communications skills and they are simply disgusting. And just like other reviews said in here, they are not available whenever there are problems. They are only good at sending you invoices before they even finish the job, and after they are done, good luck. I have wasted so much money and so much time to deal with them.

The owner Ron is ridiculous, from the way he talks and everything else.
I have never in my life met such unprofessional, fake and disgusting person like Ron is.

Please be careful before you hire these people.

Several years ago ""Ron's"" was recommended to me by my neighbor who had a new Tankless water heater installed by them.

After meeting Rob , I hired him to do the installation of a Tankless water heater. They did a beautiful and professional job. I would recommend them highly to anyone considering a Tankless water system.

I've been using Ron's A-1 Plumbing for years whether it's a plumbing problem or servicing my water filtration system and tankless water heater. Recently, they replaced my tankless with a new unit. It heats up so much faster, saving me water and time. Starting with Ron, the owner, I have consistently found each representative to be polite, knowledgeable, totally professional. And Ron has many 'specialists' that are experts in certain areas. My experiences have always been excellent.

I own a tankless water heater purchased several years ago from Ron's. Annual service visits have been prompt, courteous and thorough. One service call resulted in the need to troubleshoot the unit and resolve a problem. That operation was successfully accomplished immediately with the promise to return if there was a reoccurrence. There have been no such problems. I would highly recommend Ron's for new installations as well as maintenance of existing equipment.

Had Ron's install a tankless water water several years ago.....it's performed flawlessly ever since. Several neighbors saw what I did and they too had the tankless water heaters installed. I just had my annual service and everything is fine. Even though I have a water softener, everything water wise develops scales...just look at your shower glass. The service was very professional and on time. Thanks!!

Careless, irresponsible and inadequate !!

I have had nothing but problems with their shoddy workmanship. Ron is not available whenever there are problems is only available when they want to up-sell you on services.
The technician that has come to my home over the past 2 times is called Milton, he has now caused major damage to my home. He recently responded to a service call about a water leak and then proceeded to dig a trench and replace irrigation pipes he said were causing the leak. Now 2 months later I have discovered that he has not fixed the leak. The pipe is still leaking! I discovered this because floorboards directly above where the leak was coming from are now buckling because of the leak and the moisture underneath.

I have been a customer of Ron's A1 Plumbing for over ten years- starting out when located on Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood.

Over the years, the service has been responsive and timely. But the last two service calls, especially the last one, leaves me scratching my head.

I had a problem with a brass sprinkler that required replacement. I was detailed in my email along with some close up photos of the valve needing replacement to ensure an exact fit. The first call, I left a message in the morning but no return call. Later that morning I called and talked to Roxy to spell out the problem and told her I would mail photos. Roxy assured me they would address the issue when an email has been received.

The next day no call from Rons A1 Plumbing. I called again and spoke with Roxy who assured me that she would speak with Ron.

No return call the third day.

To make the experience even worse, when Roxy answers the phone, the reception is she did not want to be bothered. Really?

After waiting five days, which was more than reasonable, I went on Angie's list and found a reliable, timely, trustworthy and excellent service to replace the sprinkler valves.

At this point, after a decade of being a customer, it's ""adios.""
