Chris D.If only I could give zero stars. For as long as this business has be in operations, I expected these guys to be pros. They lack professionalism and basic customer service expectations. I had a new AC and Gas furnace replaced last year, spending around $10,000. The new unit leaked a lot of water inside the house, on top the unit itself. I called and they came to ""fix"" the isssue free of charge. By fix I mean piling on more sealant than needed. It looked ridiculous. I noticed it leaking again, but when I called the second time I was told I would be charged. I was confused and a little upset at this point. I explained that I felt this shouldn't be an issue with such a new unit, and I feel a service charge of $89 plus repair cost was not right. The owner took the phone off the receptionist and said we will not be sending anyone to your home because we are afraid you won't pay and we will have to call the police. I was so offended. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I fixed the leak myself. The guys who orginally put the sealant on, put it on outside of the pipe, when it should have been but on the inside as well. Easy fix! I guess they got what they wanted out me already. My money. However, they will not get any more business or referrals from me. My last word of advice: CALL SOMEONE ELSE!
