He returns calls promptly, let's you know when he'll be there and if he's running behind schedule. In addition, he explains what the issues are and what it's going to take to get the job done.

Ronnie is our go to guy. He always makes it out on the day we call. I called him for an estimate on a toilet install and he was ready to get it done. I ordered the toilet online, he picked it up for me and installed it with no problems. I watched him work so I could learn and he was explained everything to me. He really knows his stuff-- he's been doing it since forever so you can trust that he will do the job correctly. He tested it a few times to ensure that I was satisfied with the flushing. Cannot wait to use my new toilet.

He was really careful with my wood floors and cleaned up after he was done. He even took the old toilet to the garage for me. Quick and friendly service. His price is very reasonable too. A+ all around! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

He even took the time to check out a few other issues we have been tolerating since we moved into our home many years ago. He definitely needs to extend his services to people moving in to previously owned homes to check them out first! We will be using his services in the future. My air conditioner stopped running during the night and I woke up to an 80 degree bedroom. I called several places that either didn't answer, answered rudely, or didn't have any availability for a week or more. Ronnie answered the phone politely and made an appointment for the same day. He called to let me know he was running late. He efficiently diagnosed the issue (a capacitor) and made recommendations for keeping the unit running smoothly, e.g. raising the set temperature from 73 to 75 degrees, cleaning the compressor more often. His fees were reasonable and he offered a discount on future service calls.

Ronnie is honest man. My compressor is dead as a door nail. He gave me an honest inspection and went over all my options. No "" let's try this is"" or maybe this will work.
He didn't do any repairs because it's not fixable but that's what made him honest in my opinion.
