Roncelli Plumbing is the BEST & MOST AFFORDABLE & will move mountains to get to you during an emergency! Last Friday, Labor Day weekend my pipes in basement were leaking in 2 places and all toilets would not flush. I'm the house on Annsbury in Shelby Twp. I called Roncelli and at first they didn't have anyone to come to help me, even referred me to competitor, but they sent out a Hail Mary call to one of the owners, Mike Roncelli, and he said he would come. Mike figured out that contractors plugged my toilets with XS toilet paper and baby wipes, pics on camera in drains. Mike came at 5pm and worked his a** off and left just before 10pm. Took him 1 hour just to bust thru the clog. Mike knew immediately what the problem was when he saw no water in the toilet. Even went so far to make sure it wasn't the septic tank, taking off cover to check. I can't say enough how amazing this company is. They just installed last week my sump pump battery backup and Mike figured out I had too high power sump pump and that's why it failed. The Roncelli sons figured out my downspouts that went into the ground were why my basement drain kept flooding. They could've charged an arm and a leg, but they were honest and helped me save the costs of a restoration company. You will never be disappointed with Roncelli company. Honest, hard working and leave the place cleaner than when they found it. They have been to my house in the past to fix return valve on sump pump, and to hydrojet fat out of the lines. Never any judgement for my packed full basement! I will never use another company again. Honest and excellent work!

My sewer drain became plugged. What a nightmare! I called Roncelli Plumbing.
They came out early the next morning. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and explained everything to me. This is a family run business. The best of the best!!! Their price was VERY reasonable also.
I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!!

This company and it's employees are outstanding! We had a nightmare of a couple of days with out of town guests and a planned BBQ for 25 people when sewage began to back up into the bathtub and shower. We were unable to use the toilets at all. Ron came out the same day we called and was able to give us temporary use of the water to flush toilets and use other appliances. He told us it would probably be 5 or more days before the work could be completed but to out surprise he readjusted his schedule to accommodate our repair the next day. Repairs are complete and we were given a video and data to keep with our home information as it would be a selling feature if we ever decided to sell the home. We are so grateful and although it was an unexpected hit to our budget, we thank God and Roncelli for their hand in this scenario. We highly recommend Roncelli & Sons Plumbing.

We called on a Friday at 3:30 about a toilet that had been backing up for a few days. They had someone here by 4:30. I had called other companies and they said it would be a few days and jumped righ my to the extreme for pricing. Roncelli's tried the ""easy fix"" first. They were reasonable, educated us, and very responsive. I would recommend them. They will be our first call next time!

I called Roncelli & Son's Plumbing after doing a Google search for a plumber in my area. The company spokesperson quoted me $500 to water-jet my main sewer drain, with before and after video.

What I actually got for my $500 was about 25 feet of orange paint lines on my basement floor indicating damaged pipe that needs to be replaced. Ron (the owner) called later and quoted a minimum of $4500.00 to do the repair but said I could save a lot of money if a rented a jack-hammer from HomeDepot and break-up the concrete and remove it myself so they could then replace the damaged drain pipe.

Something didn't sound right, so I called a reputable plumber for an inspection and second opinion. Much to my surprise, he found no damage but suggested the drain needed to be water-jetted.

Called Roncelli & Son's based on reviews from this site. Ron called me back to discuss my issue but also told me that because I lived so far out the hourly charge would exceed the typical cost for the job by at least $500. Further, that I would be better off to call a local person to keep costs affordable.
I appreciated the call back, the detailed description of the problem and the honesty of not being able to do it at a reasonable price due to proximity.

Worst experience ever! Was a client for a long time. After, a subpar snaking and needing a follow up within a week, they pushed me off another two weeks and then had the nerve to yell at me and tell me I don't communicate with my husband. After he gets involved and calls the owner about the service/phone call, the owner Ron hangs up and tells my husband to go f*ck himself. He then has the nerve to start texting us after. My husband calls him out on his service and how he's a joke and it goes on and on for 1.5 hours of being called names and belittled. After my husband threatens to go to the AG, the CFPB and BBB he offers to come back and do it for free. Complete joke and worse client service ever. Don't give Ron Roncelli and Roncelli & Sons Plumbing your time or money.
