Ron replaced an old leaky kitchen faucet with a new one. He was fast (less than half an hour), professional, and charged exactly what he had quoted over the phone. He showed up when he said he would. My husband I met Ron in 2008 as he installed our faucets when we bought a foreclosed home and the previous owners took all the faucets. Fast forward 9 years and our hot water heater was acting up, my husband drained it to see if it was a problem with the sediment, to our dismay, it did not work. We checked online and it said that hot water heaters lifespan is between 10-12 years and assumed we needed to have ours replaced. I called Ron on Thursday and he scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 8am. Ron arrived early and looked over the hot water heater and told my husband the hot water heater was still in good condition and it did not need to be replaced, but it was the reservoir valve that needed to be replaced. Ron was able to get this fixed for us in less than 2 hours and saved us over $1,000. I know other companies wouldn't have even bothered to see if there was a problem and would have just replaced the hot water heater. Thank you so much, Ron for your honesty and integrity. I highly recommend Ron for all your plumbing needs and I know he will be the only plumber I will call.

Shout out to Ronald Curtis at Ronald T. Curtis Plumbing for replacing our water heater this morning. We got three quotes for the same equipment and he was the lowest. The only difference is that he uses stainless steel instead of copper, which my hubby prefers. He also walked us through the Permitting process and all that it entails.

Needed to have the pressure valve replaced on my house. Had several different companies give me bids. Ronald gave me the best price by far. One of the companies told me there was a ton of work to do to fix the issue and gave me a large bill to do it. Ron came and fixed it in 30 minutes. Easily. Affordable. He was super nice as a bonus!! We discovered our hot water heater was leaking late one afternoon so we called Ron. He came out to our place right away (maybe 30 minutes?) He inspected the situation, measured and made sure we were ok for the night and came right back the next afternoon with our new hot water heater. He installed it and also replaced and installed a new exhaust pipe/vent, valves and hoses. He even hauled away the old one. Everything is new and done right with a very fair price. What a relief, since we had company arriving for the weekend! We highly recommend Ron!
