This is the best plumbing company that I have ever used. Mark Williams is a true professional. He arrived 15 minutes early, quickly assessed the situation and in 15 minutes he had done what I asked, I,e. Removed an old kitchen faucet and installed a new one. And his price was very reasonable. I will use this company anytime that I have plumbing or heating issues. This is truly a 5 star company in its field.

Our toilet and bathtub backed up today a weekend and we had no one to call from our rental agency and I looked up redwood city plumbing and Ron Williams came up. Mark answered when I called and was at my house within 15 mins and gave us great service and reasonable price. And also told us how the guy from the landlord was not snaking correct line. We had an emergency when our backyard faucet broke and started gushing water earlier today. I just started going down the Yelp listings, calling to see who could come ASAP. We were super lucky that these folks were available. They were professional, efficient, charged a reasonable rate and did NOT try to upsell us (a big pet peeve of ours). I had to call Ron Williams when my heater died in January. He showed up straight away on a Sunday, saw that the heater was dead, ordered a new one and was at my house Monday morning to install it. Super fast and incredibly nice. I would highly recommend Ron Williams heating services to anyone.

Excellent company. Dependable and will schedule appointment in a timely manner. Prices very reasonable. My dated heater malfunctioned and could no longer be used. This was during the winter and it was very cold. They replaced my heater within 2 business days. They have also performed many plumbing fixes. Today he gave me a 30 min window and was here right on time! Did the job quickly and was very professional.
