My heating is out. I have a sticker from them on my heater, so I figured I could call for service. I've called every day for a week now and left several messages - no response. Are people actually getting service?

Lost water pressure and had noise in the lines. Mark set an appointment with a 1 hour window and showed up on time. He worked the problem from the shower to the garage to the crawl space and found the problem. Diagnosed and Repaired in 2 hours. I am very pleased with the work and he is fairly priced. I would recommend highly and will use again if the situation arises.

We have a rental home in Redwood City. We are long distant home owners. We got a message from our tenants that there was a major leak in our front yard. As the owner that built the house I knew what the problem was since this was a re-occurrence. The first plumber i called quoted me 2,000.00. I knew this was way over priced.
I called Ron Williams Plumbing after hours on Tuesday night. He informed me he was really booked up and might not make it out til 2-4 on Wednesday, but would call if he could make it out early. He did and fixed the problem and was out of there before 1pm for a total cost of less than 200.00. A completely reasonable rate for the job.

I would completely recommend Ron Williams Plumbing.

I had called another plumbing service and I was not impressed with the plumber they sent out to my house. I wasn't confident in his ability to help solve my issues. I was referred to Mark by a friend and he is truly amazing! He is prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. Mark came in and fixed everything that the first plumber screwed up! He is an expert in this field and I will definitely be calling him in the future!

I am still in awe. I had a leaky faucet that has been a problem for the last few years. Mark returned my call in minutes, scheduled for the next morning and arrived right on time. The fix was embarrassingly easy, and Mark turned to me and said you never saw me. He did not charge me. Mark asked if I would just keep him in mind for future jobs. I certainly will. The kind gesture made my day. I have never had such good service from such a genuinely nice LOCAL guy.

WOW - Mark is great. Right on time - got right to it - gave me suggestions on a tankless water heater issue that he doesn't do but helped point me in the right direction. I will be using Ron Williams for all my needs in the future.

Williams is Great. I don't give out five stars easily. The service was quick, Ron Williams knows what he is doing. I had my clogged drains and within an hours of a phone call he came out and had them unclogged. So time wise grade a+ Super friendly A+ Knowldgable A+

It was a bit pricey but got the job done in speedy manner. So i give the business a 4 star.
