I had called another plumbing service and I was not impressed with the plumber they sent out to my house. I wasn't confident in his ability to help solve my issues. I was referred to Mark by a friend and he is truly amazing! He is prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. Mark came in and fixed everything that the first plumber screwed up! He is an expert in this field and I will definitely be calling him in the future!

I am still in awe. I had a leaky faucet that has been a problem for the last few years. Mark returned my call in minutes, scheduled for the next morning and arrived right on time. The fix was embarrassingly easy, and Mark turned to me and said you never saw me. He did not charge me. Mark asked if I would just keep him in mind for future jobs. I certainly will. The kind gesture made my day. I have never had such good service from such a genuinely nice LOCAL guy.

WOW - Mark is great. Right on time - got right to it - gave me suggestions on a tankless water heater issue that he doesn't do but helped point me in the right direction. I will be using Ron Williams for all my needs in the future.

Williams is Great. I don't give out five stars easily. The service was quick, Ron Williams knows what he is doing. I had my clogged drains and within an hours of a phone call he came out and had them unclogged. So time wise grade a+ Super friendly A+ Knowldgable A+

It was a bit pricey but got the job done in speedy manner. So i give the business a 4 star.

Great job great guy. I have an old gravity flow heater (1920), later updated to forced air. The fan was off balance and creating awful noise, unbearably loud, like train coming from the basement. Not so straightforward to fix given this beastly antique. ;) But Ron figured it out quickly and did the repair in less than an hour. Am thankful given I called 6 other heating places, that could not come. Ron was able to help even in the thick of the winter overload to come quickly to help and resolve. Would call him again and recommend.

I called Ron Williams Plumbing after hours when I couldn't get my dishwasher to stop running and couldn't get the water valve under the sink to turn off (turns out that valve never learned the ""righty tighty lefty loosey"" rule of thumb). Mark was the only plumber who bothered to call me back and was at my house within 10 minutes. He unplugged the dishwasher for me and turned off the water -- and was nice enough not to charge me or make me feel stupid for not being able to do it myself. He's clearly an honest guy because I fully expected and was obviously willing to pay for an after hours visit. I highly recommend.

Don't be like me! I hired Ron. Nice guy but... He charges $155 for first hour including 15 min travel time regardless whether the work takes 5 minutes or 45 minutes and regardless whether it's 5 min travel time. He diagnosed problem as electrical in 5 minutes so I was stuck with a full hour / $155. He offered to install a new thermostat from his van since I was stuck paying for the full hour. What else am I going to do? His thermostat was a very basic model and he charged me $47. I asked if I can do better at Home Depot. He said ""sure, you can save a couple bucks"". I eventually checked Home Depot, they have 38 models under $30 including the same model in-store for $22. Doh, insult to injury. So, here's my advice, try Gary's Furnace. He charges only $105 per hour and no travel time, because his assistant organizes his schedule to reduce travel time.
