Downstairs bathroom was clogged, nothing I did worked. Got the recommendation to Ron Thompson plumbing. They came out right away to see what the issue was, they were polite and very knowledgeable and Ron walked me through what they would be doing. They gave me an estimate and had time to come out the next day to replace the showers drain. David and Grant were efficient and respectful of my house and the work they did. Finished within the estimated time and my shower is now working great! I'm happy with the results, they have solid team!

I called 7 plumbers for an emergency leak and none of them would talk to me. A friend recommended Ron Thompson and he came within an hour. He and his team took their time looking over all the issues related to our leak and bathrooms before talking to me about what was needed. They took pictures up in the crawl space, showed me issues with the toilets, and told me exactly what they would do to fix all the issues. They did everything they said they would do, exactly how and when they said they would do it...and the final bill was over $200 under the estimated cost. They were courteous, professional, fast, and reasonable. As the administrator of a large church, I need people like Ron and his team who are responsive, skilled, and honest! Thanks guys!

I scheduled an appointment for a sink, faucet and disposal replacement. Fast response but then ridiculously terrible customer service by the owner (Ron Thompson) once the job started. Owner seemed drunk on the phone talking to me while his ""crew"" tried to tackle the job; stumbling over words, slurred speech. Ron was never present on the work site. One member of his crew (David) was very kind and professional; tried hard to get the job done but got stuck when needing to do the electrical component of connecting the disposal. Second member of the crew (Grant) is the owner's (Ron's) son. Grant arrived late at the job and seemed high on some substance. He didn't know how to do the work; had to have David coaching him on what tools to use and what the various tools are even called. Sink ended up being 1/4"" too big (my fault for not knowing to measure the cabinet opening under the existing sink. Had a lengthy call with Ron to figure out what to do. He tried to convince me to purchase a different sink 2x as expensive as my new one. I said no and I'd have the granite trimmed. Asked to have the old one reinstalled. His son (Grant) left at this point, leaving David to finish the job alone. David set the sink back in and attached the new disposal + faucet. Got stuck when he noticed the disposal had electrical wiring he didn't know what to do with. Also didn't securely attach the old sink with any silicone or caulk. So I'm left with a sink that's not safe and a disposal that won't work bc the person hired to install it doesn't know how to do so. Ridiculously poor service.
