Ron was out and I was not pleased with all their answers.  On the plus side, they were able to mark, with blue tape, clearly on the floor where the break is however, they do not do jobs that require going down 9.5' which is what we need.  They did give two recommendations of companies that would do the work.  I called to politely complain that $500 seemed like a lot for camera and marking and since I did say this was a commercial job (a church) that required digging up the pipe.  I was met with silence and ""well you did get an exact marking of where the break is, but we mostly do residential and do not dig over 5'.""  I wish that were made clear, I would not have had you out.  I said this was the first time I had not been pleased with your service, having used them at our last two homes. The next day I received a call from them, VERY apologetic, wanting to make things right. We discussed the issues and why their company was not equipped to do our repair. He followed through with references to companies that could handle the job. I recommend Ron TSR to anyone who asks.

Ron the Sewer Rat has become my go-to for plumbing and I've used them several times... to unclog drains, replace a toilet, and this time, to replace my sump pump. $800-$900 dollars to hook up a sink and toilet. Absolute madness. Found a local plumber to do the job for $200. Ron the Sewer Rat is literally a sewer rat when it comes to labor rates so at least their name gives potential customers a warning. This is what happens when a solid business that earns customers by professionalism, efficiency, quality and value gets bought out by a large firm. The focus turns from the customer to profits. Stay away from Ron The Sewer Rat or you could get bit !

Easy to schedule service. Filled out a request online, was called the next day to confirm scheduling and was able to get on their schedule for the day after that. Technician on time, polite and took care to clean up afterwards, even putting down tarps so that nothing tracked. Awesome!
