Very nice! We have called Ron twice (two different houses) for a clogged drain. He is super friendly and knowledgeable. He has been doing this for 20+ years. He is quick and makes sure the job is done right the first time! I called another company and they tried to charge me for replacement of the pipes as well as the clogged repair (which wasn't needed).

I was recommended to use Ron the Plumber from a family member who had used their services for years, and I am glad I made the decision to go with them. Did a great job replacing my water heater on short notice after a leak appeared even during this very busy time of year. The installation went smoothly, the work was done professionally, and I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs. I had a few questions about other plumbing issues which they easily answered and gave what I thought was good advice that came from experience. These guys are my go to plumbers!

My kitchen faucet died abruptly - would no longer pull out to spray. Ron was able to come out the next day and replace it with one I picked up at Lowe's. It now works MUCH better than before, and I couldn't be more happy. He was courteous, clean, prompt, and very enjoyable to chat with. Highly recommended; will call him for all our plumbing needs in future!!!

Did a great job with a plumbing problem in my residence. I had a badly clogged sink drain snaked open and a garbage disposal replaced. They were prompt and the price was reasonable for the considerable amount of work required. I would use them again if I have any more problems in the future.

Ron the Plumber has been my ""go to"" service on many occasions over the years and once again I was extremely pleased. An issue with my water heater came up unexpectedly and I was worried as I was leaving for vacation in a few days and didn't want to leave it unresolved. Ron gave me an immediate response which was followed up with prompt, pleasant and affordable service by employee Frank. Seemed competent when I made the appointment, but quickly went downhill. The plumber dispatched -- Dave -- called on his way, but seemed to have no idea what the job was, so delayed to the next Monday so he could get parts. Charged over $1000 for 5 hours of work installing a vanity and fixing a shower handle. Dave from RtP was not capable of fixing the hole in the wall he made, properly grouting the new shower handle/head to the wall, or securing the vanity to studs, so had to use another handyman he recommend for that. Other guy pointed out that Dave had installed the wrong kind of piping behind the showerhead, so it could not be properly attached to the wall. Would not recommend.

I have had Ron the Plumber out to my house over the course of 30 years to fix many things. A new hot water heater, leaky pipes, new hose bib for the back yard, backed up toilets and sinks, etc. I have mostly dealt with Ron Sr or his son Ron for all repairs and have been extremely satisfied with their courtesy and work. About a month ago, I called Ron the Plumber and Dave was sent to do the job, (install a new hose bib in the front of the house and clear a slow draining sink in the master bath). He snaked my bathroom sink and replaced a hose bib in the front of the house, for $390. This morning, while brushing my teeth, the one sink completely clogged, and the other sink in that bathroom clogged too, and water standing water backed up in both sinks. In addition, the hose bib was installed improperly, so that when it is flush with the brick on the outside of the house, it sticks out from the drywall wall in the inside of the house. As a consequence, we have been unable to repair the drywall due to the protruding pipe. I am SO disappointed with that service by Dave. I must try to reach out to Ron the Plumber again, and I will request a different plumber be sent, (not Dave).

Ron seems to have changed since these two reviews posted. My husband called Ron the plumber to come and look at the toilet in our children's bathroom. Whenever the bathroom is used for something other than let's just say liquid... The toilet clogs.
We were not home at the time he came, but my parents were visiting and waited for him to come over. According to their report, he used a snake and was done in 5 minutes and reported that the ""toilet flushes better than it ever has."" He doesn't live here so I can't take his word for that. In any event, once the toilet was actually used, it overflowed and had to be pumped. I called and left a message for the plumber, his name is Dave. He called back today and as I'm explaining what happened, he complains to me about his pen that my mother drove off with (another lie) and that the owners weren't home. I explained to him that as long as someone over the age of 18 is home there shouldn't be an issue for services to be rendered. Also, a plumber usually doesn't express an issue to come back out to look at work they have done if you call the same day. This man hung up on me. I left another message to speak with the owner and Dave called back again. Yelled at my husband and hung up on him as well.
$167 later we still have the same problem.
Dave is a plumber, Dave does more complaining than fixing, Dave claims his fixes things but refuses to get details. Don't get a plumber like Dave (if that's his real name).
