Ron decided to begin business on his own from his father and grandfather’s company in 2001 and started Ron Rich Jr Plumbing & Heating.
Our company thrives on the principles of superior workmanship, outstanding customer care, and unwavering honesty and professionalism.
I started plumbing as a young teen over 25 years ago working with my grandfather and father in our family plumbing business.
I began working with them full-time right after high school.
While gaining experience, I also completed my education at J.M. Wright Tech in Stamford, CT.
In 2001, I decided to launch my own business, and now my wife Stacie and I manage it together.
We have established our company on the core values of superior workmanship, outstanding customer service, honesty, reliability, and professionalism.

Noticed my water heater was leaking a little, so I sent an email through their website on a Sunday, they responded Monday, came out to inspect, gave me an estimate, and on Wednesday my new tank was installed. Addressed another unrelated plumbing issue I was having as well.
