I had a weird water problem happening in my laundry room/basement. Water was pouring out of the hole where my waterline goes. I had no idea what was happening. Ron Miller was recommended to me through HomeServe. He came out to see what the problem was, and immediately knew that it was my sewage pipe. Once everything was authorized by home serve which was for the very next day he put in as a emergent repair. He showed up at 8:30 AM, even took my plants out for me so that I could hopefully save them because they were where he had to dig. He let me know what was happening every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable in what he does, he is very kind. When he was finished with the repair, every thing was put back the way it was. You almost didn't even know that he was there! If I ever need a plumber, I will call him in a heartbeat.

It's rare that I give 5 stars, even rarer for a non-food related review.... Ron Miller plumbing was highly recommended to us by a local municipality who knew how bad our situation was. Ron Miller plumbing came out and got us cleared almost immediately, to the utter joy of my family. Next we formulated a plan for them to come back as soon as they were free and continue with a much larger repair. They cleared their schedule and showed up on the next morning and got the proper repairs done in a clean and timely manner. They went way above what is expected from a contractor and I know, I was a building Engineer for 24 years back in LA. Overall I was incredibly happy with their work, their work ethic and especially the price. I know what it takes to do such a big job and Ron Miller plumbing really came through for us in a huge way, Aloha

The lady who took our call was so helpful and did everything she could to get Mark to come out to fix our broken outside faucet. It was Friday afternoon and they were able to get here to fix it. Mark was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend them!!!

Beware of this plumber. I was charged twice because the first guy left instead of finishing the job the first time. Sewer pipe was backed up in the basement at my rental house. He ran a snake through the basement drain, got nothing out of the pipe and claimed it was a trap that stopped working for no reason. On his way out he found the clean out but left anyway only to get called out again 10 days later for another charge of $160 to snake the clean out that should have been snaked the first time. Double dipping is the name of their game.

Update: Mr. Miller took the time to call me and I was so surprised since no business has ever done that. I am very appreciative of that and it totally took away my frustration of my experience he was very nice and said he would refund me, I don't want refunded I just wanted a job done and not to be thought less than. He took the time to talk and explain and not make me feel taken advantage of, thank you.


Please be warned about hiring plumbers in the New Castle PA area, they are crooks. After having to pick one of these crooks (Ron Miller plumbing) I thought I picked someone honest. The quote was $160 an hour and then you pay by the half. The job was to snake the hole by the wash machine, he wasn't down there more that 5 minutes before he said it couldn't be done, I really didn't hear the machine. He was only on the job for 30 minutes and most of that time was spent going up and down the stairs and in an out the house for what I didn't know, he said he had to snake the main drain but that was impossible the floor was completely dry. And then the pitch came, they conveniently can't do the small job so the can force you into a way bigger more expensive job. What he didn't know was that my husband usual do this because we live in a wooded area and we have to keep our lines clear but because my husband couldn't get off work I wanted to do something nice for him and have it done. Not only did I have to pay the $160 for him doing nothing but he constantly kept trying to up sell me and I had to keep telling him to just leave my house. Sorry for the length of this but that's what these plumbers are doing, over charging then forcing other jobs on you that you didn't ask for. Please do your research and be adamant about what

I am very pleased with Ron Miller Plumbing. In December Mr. Miller was able to find my problem by using a Camera down the drain. I witnessed the process as he thoroughly explained what we were discovering- The Camera showed that all Joints but 2 were leaking and the drain to septic tank had a sag and a broken section outside of house & This is why there was a strong odor in my home. I had Mr. Miller do the repair work last Month. To avoid having to tear up some of the floor- and save me in cost, Mr. Miller suggested that I use Pipe Patches to seal all joints...This process is AMAZING! The only jack hammering done was limited to the bathroom in far corner of house where He put in new PVC pipe to replace the broken Terracotta inside bathroom through the outside of house to the Tank...this was a 3 day job. My only complaint is that I had difficulty getting my final Bill- Mr. Miller came by today as a courtesy to me and ran the camera down the drain to show me all is good and today is when I paid him for the job he completed on 2/20/19 and it was $400.00 less than his original proposal! I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs- prices are honestly very reasonable, And they do reliable work- No more odor in my home!

I had my main sewer line break coming out of my house which I could not use the facilities. The company I have a service agreement with sent a plumbing contractor the same day I called. The tech took a photo with his phone of the dirt that collapsed and left . I called the plumbing company two days later to get a timeline when they would be there the girl said she would call when they are coming. FOUR days later I called Ron Miller plumbing they sent Shawn who removed the dirt from the pipe where he could put a camera in the line and see what the job curtailed. He was here for a hour and was very thorough. Connie from Miller plumbing kept me informed of what was going on. The next day Ron and Shawn started the job and had it finished that evening.I would give Ron, Shawn, & Connie 10 stars! I would recommend Miller Plumbing to anyone.

I had a piped that was backed up and after sending a few hours myself trying to fix it I ended up calling. I called them a little after 9pm and got a call back in less then 15 minutes letting me know someone was on their way. They arrived at 9:45 and was able to clear everything out with in an hour. The plumber informative and was able to give us a lot of great advice. I would recommend Them if you are with in their area.
