DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst experience I have ever had with a Contractor. Had a minor small leak underneath my Kitchen Sink. They came out and advised it was fixed but within hours I had pools of water leaking from my Pipes. They then came out the next day, said it was fixed again and still pools of water leaking from my pipes. They also stated they would give me a free Kitchen Faucet even though my original Faucet worked fine. They replaced my nice BIG Kitchen Sink faucet with a cheap small one that doesn't even allow you to put big pots underneath so I can not fill my big pots with water now. Contacted them by phone to advise the pipe were even more damaged and leaking more then before they came out and they hung up on me. TERRIBLE DISHONEST UNPROFESSIONAL. Worse Experience I have ever had. I will be filing a complaint with the State of Oregon Contractors Board. They can't get away with causing extensive damage to my pipes and then telling me to just hire another Plumber to fix it!!!

WASTE OF TIME.

Had two toilets that needed installation as well as a master sink that leaks. Called up Ron knight plumbing and set up a day to knock it all out. Took off work and waited.

Called in the morning and asked for an update. Was told ""computers locked me out"" by a nice receptionist who took down both my cell, and my home phone.

I received no phone call. Ron Knight plumbing did not show up nor did they call.

I had to call the next morning and leave a message. Guy who gets back to me is laughing saying he got into ""an accident"" in the van, but that he was going to ""move some things around"" and help me out. Are you kidding me? Where is your integrity?

This is the third time we have used Ron Knight Plumbing and they are excellent. I spoke to Bob over the phone this last time, very professional and always returned my call the same day. George and Justin who came out each time were great to deal with, pleasure to talk with about the job.

I wish more companies could follow their example.

My wife and I had some leaking issues in our home. My wife called and didn't get and answer so she left a message for a call back. After several days I decided to call in case something went wrong with my wife's call. No answer. I also drove past the new location on SW Pacifc and the office was closed during regular business hours. Now it's been over a week and still no call back. I called Stutzman Services who was able to get someone out in an hour. I clearly should have tried that in the beginning.

We have a hundred year old house and it's always a challenge when something needs to be fixed, old parts often don't fit with new ones and it's never a straightforward solution.

We have had Ron Knight Plumbing twice come and take care of plumbing problems and both times we were very satisfied. They also get back to you right away which is for some reason pretty rare.

Owner Bob Knight goes over and above in trying to take care of customers in the right way. He spent a lot of time trying to secure repair parts for our (off brand) shower valves. It was to no no avail, but not due to his efforts. When repairs were scheduled they were at my house on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up nicely after the job was completed. All with expertise and a friendly attitude. It's a local family owned and operated business with two generations working hard to keep the water flowing, in OR out.
