Ron was extremely thoughtful and meticulous in the repairs he did for our home, and given how reasonably priced his services were, we are so glad we called him for this project instead of trying to tackle it ourselves (which we had considered).

He thought beyond the immediate task of replacing the mildewy floor board under the kitchen sink, and proposed to also add a waterproof PVC layer, which he would caulk to ensure no water seepage underneath the board--in other words, delivering a real-life, future-proofed improvement. As he finished up the sparkling new floor board, he took extra time to tighten all the faucets, maneuvering in extremely tricky spaces under the sink to ensure a job well done. He left the area immaculate, taking care to wipe down surfaces and vacuum up debris from the old particle board.

Ron's professionalism, high standards, and friendliness ensure that he'll be our first call the next time we need a handyman.

Since posting my earlier review of Ron, I have called him several times. He has helped with ... let's see ...

- rebuilding tight shower faucets without tearing apart the wall
- replacing gas rangetop in the kitchen
- replacing range hood
- replacing garage door openers
- replacing bathroom exhaust fans
- repairing broken irrigation line
- repairing dry rot and adding a deflector to the rain gutter to keep water away from the house

I'll call him again, next time I have something I can't deal with myself.

Ron is a great handyman. He is licensed and can do plumbing, electrical, pretty much anything you need. He is responsive and reliable, and was able to help us on short notice when needed. We highly recommend him.
