Today the wonderful technician Jeff checked water pressure. Fixed a leaking sink drain and replaced two toilets. Spotlessly neat, even wore protective booties. I can't recommend them strongly enough. Ron Horn Plumbing did an unclog on my home's drain lines. He persevered on a difficult clog until he was satisfied and so far it's worked better than the last 2 plumbers that seemed to have to do it annually. I recommend his company for both their service and reasonable rates.

Quick response on a Sunday, solved our problem (feces coming up out of toilet and tub and flooding bathroom!) by climbing on hot roof and running a snake through the stand pipe all the way to the street, and the guy (Dave) could not have been nicer about it. Cost was $243 (a bargain!)

Thank you thank you thank you! I live in a condominium association who suggests we use Ron Horn Plumbing for all our Plumbing needs and they are also called whenever it is a condominium owned pipe that needs fixing. Anyway, a leaky water main to our home has cost us $1000's. Thanks to the plumbers from Ron Horn Plumbing we now have PVC pipe which ought to last far longer than our building. They were wonderful-- always respectful of our home and very patient in their explanation of what needed to be done. Ron himself came out to survey the situation before work was begun and gave a very fair bid. Afterwards the men cleaned up everything nicely and put things back in good order. It was a pleasure working with this team!

This is undoubtedly the worst plumber I have ever encountered. I am retired, have built a number of houses in MA and CT so I know what I am talking about. Plumber sent his employee to put in new shower pan. Next day there was water all over because he installed it incorrectly. Horn then sent another of his """"plumbers"""" to re-install new pan. This time it was installed correctly but when contractor came over the next day to continue renovation he discovered that HORN PLUMBING FILLED THE TRAP WITH CEMENT!!! We fired Horn, put stop payment on his check and hired a reputable plumber (Terry's Plumbing) who corrected all of Horn Plumbings mistakes - the new plumber had to cut the ceiling in the unit directly below ours to access the cement filled trap and completely replace trap and cast iron pipe, at considerable additional expense to us. On top of all that, we found that Horn Plumbing incorrectly installed the new shower valve so the new Moen handle does not mount flush with the escutcheon. What an absolute nightmare!! The one star rating is because there is no provision here for a less than one star rating.

Ron and his wife Darlene were easy to communicate with to set up service. Ron and his assistant plumbers were friendly and hard working. They completed the job ahead of schedule and the cost was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. I highly recommend this company!
