We were referred to Ron Horn by a great friend and have not been disappointed since! Today Keith came out to help with a strange squealing sound. He put booties on without even being asked too, and came right in - diagnosing it within five minutes! Wonderful disposition, on -time, polite, knowledgeable. He deserves a bonus ! Highly recommend Ron Horn Plumbling.

Thank you thank you thank you! I live in a condominium association who suggests we use Ron Horn Plumbing for all our Plumbing needs and they are also called whenever it is a condominium owned pipe that needs fixing. Anyway, a leaky water main to our home has cost us $1000's. Thanks to the plumbers from Ron Horn Plumbing we now have PVC pipe which ought to last far longer than our building. They were wonderful-- always respectful of our home and very patient in their explanation of what needed to be done. Ron himself came out to survey the situation before work was begun and gave a very fair bid. Afterwards the men cleaned up everything nicely and put things back in good order. It was a pleasure working with this team!

This morning I had water flooding in garage. Thankfully horn sent someone to stop the running water and then that pm they installed a new water heater. I appreciate someone coming asap with no fee to stop.the water. And then this pm a new water heater was installed Great service and professional care today.

i've changed my mind about the company. i called a couple of months ago for someone to come out to give me a price on replacing corroded pipes around my water heater and to disconnect my circulator. the woman in the office called a minute before they closed shop and said i don't understand your message. i returned her call five minutes later. gone. so i called the next day and left a message, nothing. someone there has a problem. if they're too busy to be courteous then they should just recommend some other plumber to do the work.

Ron may have won the favor of some around town, however their skills and professionalism are lacking if you need anything other than the most basic of services. I had a problem with a water heater, his late night crew repaired it incorrectly nor did they leave it anywhere near up to code. It later exploded flooding my house, and of course they pointed fingers everywhere else when I called. Less than pleasant conversation...and while he was professional, he surely wasnt taking any accountability. Heck, he didn't even refund the prior service that caused this in the first place. Massive cleanup and bill. Now fast forward a couple months, we need a simple backflow preventer inspection at work..I think to myself (stupidly) maybe I should give them a second chance, and call and book an appointment under the company name for the inspection. I got a call back an hour later asking for my personal name and last name and she says okay thank you that's all she needed. Then another 45 minutes later I get a call from someone else saying that Ron is going to decline inspecting the backflow preventer for the company. I think this is above and beyond lacking professionalism and is ridiculous. I rarely leave a bad review for anyone unless it is out of the ordinary, and this nonsense today inspired me to write this review so that people can see how this business performs when something other than standard routine happens. I highly recommend to you find a more professional plumbing company!!

He came out gave us a quote said he would do the job and then he changed his mind after we were waiting for him for quite a while we could've gotten different quotes but we were not able to because we had excepted him

We had a problem with our water no one else could figure out. In less than 5 minutes the guys from Ron Horn Plumbing had figured out the cause of the issue. In less than 2 hours the problem was fixed and the price was less than I expected to pay. These guys are good, fast and polite.

TERRIBLE customer service!!! Don't know what's up with these guys, but I called them DAYS ago to set up some minor plumbing repairs. Was told that they would have to call me back. DAYS later they do finally call only to tell me that they can't have anyone available to help me until the end of the following week. UNACCEPTABLE!!

They were engaged by the lead contractor for a remodeling project to do a small plumbing job. The plumber Keith was prompt and courteous and did a good job in a short period of time. I think we'll use them as our regular plumbers from now on.

Ron and his wife Darlene were easy to communicate with to set up service. Ron and his assistant plumbers were friendly and hard working. They completed the job ahead of schedule and the cost was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. I highly recommend this company!
