Thank you thank you thank you! I live in a condominium association who suggests we use Ron Horn Plumbing for all our Plumbing needs and they are also called whenever it is a condominium owned pipe that needs fixing. Anyway, a leaky water main to our home has cost us $1000's. Thanks to the plumbers from Ron Horn Plumbing we now have PVC pipe which ought to last far longer than our building. They were wonderful-- always respectful of our home and very patient in their explanation of what needed to be done. Ron himself came out to survey the situation before work was begun and gave a very fair bid. Afterwards the men cleaned up everything nicely and put things back in good order. It was a pleasure working with this team!

Ron may have won the favor of some around town, however their skills and professionalism are lacking if you need anything other than the most basic of services. I had a problem with a water heater, his late night crew repaired it incorrectly nor did they leave it anywhere near up to code. It later exploded flooding my house, and of course they pointed fingers everywhere else when I called. Less than pleasant conversation...and while he was professional, he surely wasnt taking any accountability. Heck, he didn't even refund the prior service that caused this in the first place. Massive cleanup and bill. Now fast forward a couple months, we need a simple backflow preventer inspection at work..I think to myself (stupidly) maybe I should give them a second chance, and call and book an appointment under the company name for the inspection. I got a call back an hour later asking for my personal name and last name and she says okay thank you that's all she needed. Then another 45 minutes later I get a call from someone else saying that Ron is going to decline inspecting the backflow preventer for the company. I think this is above and beyond lacking professionalism and is ridiculous. I rarely leave a bad review for anyone unless it is out of the ordinary, and this nonsense today inspired me to write this review so that people can see how this business performs when something other than standard routine happens. I highly recommend to you find a more professional plumbing company!!

This morning I had water flooding in garage. Thankfully horn sent someone to stop the running water and then that pm they installed a new water heater. I appreciate someone coming asap with no fee to stop.the water. And then this pm a new water heater was installed Great service and professional care today.

This company is wonderful!! Always there when you need them! Great prices! They are my go to plumbing company!! I wouldn't recommend any other. 100% satisfied!! Can't say enough great things about this company. They were there from normal plumbing needs and they were there for an emergency I had. Beat part is it didn't cost me an arm and a leg!! There workers as well as Ron are very professional and friendly!!

Ron Horn Plumbing: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This is the 4th time we have used Ron Horn plumbing. Every single time they've been prompt, professional, efficient & courteous. Today the wonderful technician Jeff checked water pressure. Fixed a leaking sink drain and replaced two toilets. Spotlessly neat, even wore protective booties. I can't recommend them strongly enough. From Front office scheduling to job completion everything just goes seamlessly with Ron Horn Plumbing.

Ron Horn recently replumbed my entire house during a remodel and was wonderful. He was reasonable in price as I had several quotes and he by far had them all beat. His crews were always on time, polite, knowledgeable and hard working. The office staff were a pleasure to work with and very helpful with the obtaining the permit and all the behind the scenes work. Ron even had great recommendations on other contractors in the area for other portions of the remodel that I needed. Very helpful and very good people.
