I contacted Ron-Co on the 7th of March 2019 in regards to a leaking water main to my house. The receptionist said they could not get to me until the 13th and I said I was good with that. She took my address, home and cell phone..... I never heard from them again. I had cash... if they didn't want my service then just tell me up front, but don't string me along for a month. A month later, now I have to find someone else. Poor customer service, find yourself a more reliable company.
