In spring of 2016 our furnace quit on us, so we hired Albiero to put in a new one. Twice in the next year their furnace abruptly stopped working. Because I did not wan to pay hundreds of dollars for an after-hours service call, my children and I were forced to sleep in a house with no heat in the middle of winter. They charged us for both times that they came out, rationalizing that the things they replaced and worked on were not part of our warranty. I would think a new furnace would last at least a YEAR without just needing additional work. Even if Albiero gives you a lower quote, I would highly recommend going somewhere else.
Derek S.I have quite a few rentals, and I have been able to ""experiment"" with quite a few companies over the years, to gauge service and prices.
I have been fortunate to find this amazing company, where the owner, office staff and technicians are all prompt, courteous, and generous with their time and billing.
Reasonably priced, and exceptionally run. On call 24 hours a day for service, they continue to impress!
After sharing my horrible experience with this company (AAR Plumbing/Ron Albeiro) with co-workers and friends, many others said they had problems too. Please go to the BBB before hiring any service, anywhere! Customers, please help others out with reviews and BBB complaints. I would have never called them if I knew. Be VERY careful, there are 2 Ron Albeiro plumbing companies and I hear the other one is extremely reputable.
Mel M.STAY AWAY! We had them come out for our water softener, 3 times and still not fix it! In fact the guy had to call to see how to take it apart and put it together. He took the liberty of ordering and replacing a valve on our water heater, ""because it was leaking"" and charged us. Well it worked just fine despite the ""leak"" but now not even a month later the water heafter he fussed with doesn't work AT ALL. Yet the other one he didn't touch, works perfectly fine. (Same age, same model) Albiero plumbing are crooks, I would never ever recommend them unless you're looking to be robbed blind.
I called Ron Albiero because my A/C wasn't working too well. They came out and changed the condenser and the coil and now we have COOL air when we need it. I will make sure that from now on I will call them for my heating & air conditioning needs.
Wonderful experience. Very friend staff, quick response time. Highly recommend them.
Jeff T.Not too impressed. Couldn't tell me what the repair would cost, had to come out twice because the did not fix it right the first time (which ultimately cost me more).
Can I get a ballpark on what this is going to cost? Tech said ""i don't know"", How about a hourly rate? ' that comes from the office, I think its like 98/hr, but I don't bill"" Had to ask for a copy of the service order before they left so at least I had some idea what they were going to charge me. He had to call to the office to see if they could do that. Really?
Finally got the mystery bill in the mail. He told me they put a used part (he had on hand) in the furnace, the bill said it was 'reconditioned'. I honestly doubt that.
Never again.
