Was billed $189. an hour per plumber. The owner got very agitated when I asked him to explain the bill, he had no knowledge of what was done and just kept repeating himself. Nasty.

I'm impressed with not only their skill set, but their knowledge on permit codes, and has such positive, professional attitudes. The Duo Badass Team Dusty and his apprentice Jacson repaired the leak under my sink on such short notice very quickly and making sure everything was done correctly and up to code. Oh, most importantly Romo's is fair and reasonable for the cost of coming out for the repairs. 100% recommend them!

No one wants to walk into their garage on a Sunday afternoon to find their water heater has leaked all over. My husband gave Romo's Plumbing a call they answered right away gave us a quote over the phone and showed up first thing in the morning as promised. Josh and Marcus completed the work in a few hours cleaned up after, 2 very polite and professional young men. The owner even stopped by while work being completed to make sure everything was on schedule. Hope I dont need emergency services any time soon but if I do these will be the guys I call. Couldn't have asked for a more professional and courteous response to my sewer backup problem. Contacted Romo's Sunday night and got an immediate response, a service tech was on site first thing Monday morning. Not only did they fix my issue they cleaned and sanitized all affected areas. Responded right away, had someone come out next day. Went over job and price. Unfortunately I wasn't able to hire to complete job, however they were friendly and available fast. Even though I didn't go forward with job, they seemed like a company I'd call again if needed.

I needed some sewer lines traced in my yard for a fencing crew. Gave Romo's a call and Justin came out within two hours! While there, he inspected the lines and made suggestions on how to keep the pipes in good shape. He was very professional, didn't create other problems, and was finished in no time. Hopefully I won't need a plumber for a while, but if I do, it will be Romo's.
