Romo Plumbing is wonderful! We have used them for years and they have always been quick to arrive, reliable, and professional. The always go out of their way to help. They have repaired leaking pipes, clogged drains, a cracked sewer line in our yard, a remodel, and a faulty hot water heater. Thank you Romo for all you have helped us with over the years !

See previous review. We just moved furniture on opposite side of wall. They busted through our drywall. Called them about it last week and they were supposed to come today. No call no show. Yet another blackballed contractor.

I first used Romo Plumbing in November of 2015 when my plumber was unavailable. They came out and fixed the clogged sink within a couple hours. They were extremely clean, professional and they did a wonderful job! I haven't had an issue since then. Yesterday, our washer caused major issues and being that our house is really old we figured it was a serious issue with old plumbing. They did all they could do but they had to call a different company to use cameras since the pipes were completely blocked by tree roots or ivy. I would've given 5 stars but the company they referred is questionable regarding costs. Romo seems very reliable and reasonable so I'm worried that they trust this company they referred us to too much. Do your homework before trusting ANYONE. I will say that in my experience, Romo employees are hardworking and honest.

TERRIBLE! Waste of Time!! Waited 2hrs 17min. NEVER showed with appointment time that was scheduled two days prior. Finally called Maria & asked are they still coming I've been waiting 2 hrs. 17min. she said no their in Mission Viego & can't come today. They did not call to cancel today's appt. Unprofessional!

Found my local plumber. We needed to replace a section of 1.5"" piping under our house. We contacted three plumbers for estimates. Two of them lied saying they would need two guys digging for two days to remove all of our in-ground pipes and total it would be a four day job north of $5k. Problem is our pipes aren't in-ground. Romo came in, told us the truth, and it took two courteous plumbers a few hours at the fraction of the price.

There are other good plumbers who service the area, but our first choice moving forward is Romo.

Called Romo plumbing today at 2:20pm after another plumbing company canceled the app to today. I had an emergency kitchen clog, that needed to be drained.
They sent a plumber at 3pm and he fixed the issue.
The cost was only $98 and the service guys were courteous.
A-1 Service I recommend, and they cleaned up the area.

Worst plumbing job. Beware of the overcharges and lack of professionalism. I never had any bad experiences with plumbing companies till now. I regret calling for their services. They came to unclog my toilet I paid $98 then my tub started draining slow I called back they sent someone else I wasn't aware that I will charge a full price again. Really almost 200$ don't waste your time and money

I understand why Romo Plumbing was highly recommended by family and friends. The helpful dispatcher, Maria, was able to give me an affordable quote almost instantly and was able to have her men at my job site within 24 hours. The friendly technician, Frank, arrived on time. He worked quietly and efficiently. The best part was that he left the place cleaner than it was when he first arrived.
