Sabrina M.I panicked when my toilet stopped working overnight. I hopped on Yelp and looked for a Plumber, Romero Plumbing was responsive and they were able to schedule me same day within the hour of me calling. My plumber came in and he was very respectful , he for the job done within 30 minutes and I was a happy camper.
Kathryn L.Your first clue this is a fly by night company is they have no URL.
Your second clue this is a fly by night company is when your Home Warranty company refuses to give you their contact information.
Your third clue this is a fly by night company is when they come to "look at" your problem, refuse to do wait to "get approval" from your HW company. Ok, I could have lived with that. Except it was approved right away, and THEY REFUSED TO COME BACK for two weeks.
Did I mention they INSISTED ON BEING PAID the day they came out "to look at it?"
Absolutely horrible company. Unfortunately I was out of town when they came back (did I mention they DID NOT CALL ahead of time that they were coming?) Left NO paperwork signing off on the project, NO contact information, NOTHING.
Wish I could tell you where they were located and who they are owned by, but I can't. Google doesn't bring them up. Texas SoS doesn't have them listed. I seriously doubt they are a legit plumber. I don't know how they managed to get on Home Warranty of America's list.
