This is a long story, so I will just focus on what pertains to Romark. We had a leak and called Romark. He (Robert Yoder the owner) came out and recommended United Water Restoration to fix the damage. We did not do any research (big mistake) and called them. They tore up the floor in the bedroom, made holes in the bathroom and sent out an expert to discern where the leak was. Romark followed what the expert said and destroyed the vanity, dug a man-sized hole and found no leak and just left it. Half the bathroom was torn up, I had piles of dirt and a huge hole in the bathroom while I tried to get the United people to come back to find the leak and tell me what to do about the hole because Romark said they needed to do it. (As it turned out that was incorrect information) After constant calling, in a week or so they sent back the expert who apologized for his mistake and then Romark was told the new location of the leak. He took 3 weeks to come back to fix it because he """"had bigger jobs to do"""". Yes, he said that. Then after all that time, he didn't come out himself but sent out a subcontractor. So you have to wonder if you were going to send out a subcontrator why did you have to wait 3 weeks to do it? The last part is that he insisted that he had to be paid his close to $3,000 bill immediately and not wait for the insurance company to pay. His indifference to what we were going through and his avarice says it all for me.

Romark charged us $160 to change the nozzle on the shower. They will take advantage of you and charge you $160 for 10 minutes of work. Stay far away from these people. I'm sorry but attorneys don't even charge $160 for 10 minutes. Find a better company
