Well I just had Marcel come out to give me estimates on a whole bunch of plumbing issues I have and I have to say he was prompt, didn't rush through things, and took plenty of time to explain how plumbing is supposed to work. He will give me a confirmed estimate later today, which he said may be lower than what he quoted at the house.
Top of the line, NO B.S., (my B.S. meter goes off rather quickly, none of that here). I'll follow up as things progress, since I need some other issues addressed that will require a sub-contractor to make the repairs on prior to Romans doing their magic.

In May, my kitchen sink was backing up and I called/left messages for the highest rated plumbers on yelp - Roman's returned my call within minutes. They had a plumber near me who had just finished a job and could come over right away. He showed up at my door within 20 minutes and began working right away. He cleared the drain (had to do it 3 times) but solved the problem. A lot of reviews mention that they aren't cheap, but with Roman's you get what you pay for. I was impressed with their work-order tracking system that notifies you via email when they are in route, when they start working, and when they complete the job. I appreciate the professionalism of Eleni (who manages the scheduling) and the plumber who provided excellent service. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend Roman's Plumbing.

Where to begin with this great experience? Firstly, it all began with the unexpected water leaking from under the sink- the day before our new kitchen floor was to be installed. After listening to my husband swear at inanimate objects for two hours, I finally convinced him that we needed a professional and found Roman's listed on YELP. Pam answered the phone an helped to de-stress me and the entire situation. She was able to send one of their team members that afternoon. And we are so glad we did this because all the way along the line, everyone was incredibly helpful, efficient and conscientious. Leak fixed, happy husband, relieved wife and dry floors for new installation- all within an afternoon and a phone call's reach.

My mother lives in Petaluma and needed plumbing work done. I live in San Diego so I had no idea who to use. I checked out the Yelp reviews and saw that Roman's Plumbing had happy customers so I decided to give them a try. Good call! They did a great job replacing a section of pipe with very little crawlspace area to work in. I was so surprised at the amount they charged that I actually said, ""Is that all?"" I have no reservations about sending them out to my mother's house for future work. I just wish they could clone themselves for a SoCal branch!
