thank you Roman, Monica, and Jason to being an answer to prayer! originally we were scheduled for a week out, but Monica told me that if anything changes, she'll call me back to schedule me for an earlier time. an hour or so later, Monica calls me back and tells me that they actually have an opening the same day so i wouldn't have to wait a week out afterall. very grateful for the prompt service and thank you Roman for hiring great folks such as Monica and Jason to have everything working the way it was intended! grateful my pipes are no longer clogged!

We had a leak from the shower into the living room downstairs. We called Roman's and he came and gave us an estimate even his company was really busy.
We accepted the price. He fixed the leak even though the pipe was really hard to reach. They had to come back and wait for the Novato county inspection.
Then we asked about the faulty shower head. Roman tried to screwed it tight but it did not work. He order us a new one and replaced it.
Roman and William were courteous and efficient. I recommend his company for plumbing work.

Roman has come to my rescue in Santa Rosa more than once. First when my water main blew last year. Then when both my kitchen water lines blew in a wall over Memorial Day weekend (of course). He saved my life.

Same day service with honest and friendly staff!
I had a little emergency with my garbage disposal and it turned out to be something so simple which in all honesty they could of take advantage of the situation.
Once the garbage disposal was fixed I asked if Romans' plumbing does new Facets and they do! They installed the same day.
I'm very happy with Romans plumbing service and would recommend them to anyone.

Everyone was extra friendly and the tech that arrived put on shoe covers and was polite to a T. My beef, is what I consider a total lack of transparency, bordering on questionable ethics. I had a very straight forward toilet replacement job and when I asked for a ballpark estimate, the office person told me she had no idea and, as every job is different they offer a no obligation quote when they arrive.

Total nonsense. Their logic makes sense of the toilet is leaking or does not work, but 95% of the time, replacing a working toilet with a new toilet does not entail surprises. So I sit around waiting for the tech to arrive and then wait 20 minutes while he measures the toilet and then prepares a hand written quote. I don't mind that it was 3x the amount Lowes charges. If they can get that type of money, they have won their customer's respect. My objection, as stated above, was questionable ethics. Many plumbers will provide a ball park on the phone.

Most customers likely are swayed by their professionalism and by the time the plumber arrives, they are either too intimidated to say no thanks, or are willing to pay several hundred dollars more to save the hassle of going through it all over again with another company.

Roman's Plumbing is A+ from scheduling to the completion of the job. Roman came out and performed a quick diagnostic after hearing about our concerns of a water leak in our bathroom. He expertly fixed the issue and also provided a referral (on request) for the final drywall repair. Scheduler on the phone was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and really listened to my description of our problems. These guys are too notch pros all around. I would definitely recommend Roman's Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing work in the greater Marin area.
