I found Roman's plumbing after a search on the Internet about a year ago and was struck by the unanimously glowing reviews of this business. Since I do most of the repair work on my house myself, however, I had no need of their services until my water heater died, and I called them right away. They went out of their way to help me even though they were swamped with work and, in an effort to see that I was served immediately, referred me to another plumber (Elite Plumbing) to do the work. Elite did the job but was NOT responsive to service calls, and we went without hot water for a long time. Finally, rather than trying to get Elite back to fix the problem once again, I called Roman's (which I should have originally done) and got the man himself (Roman) the same day. He solved the problem inside of an hour and even gave me some advice on a small project I was doing myself. I will go to NO other plumber after this, not even (i.e. especially not) Elite Plumbing, since I value service after installation and responsiveness to call-backs even more highly, in some ways, than the quality of the initial installation. As I said above, my only regret is that I didn't insist on Roman's doing the job in the first place, but since I already trusted them on the phone, I figured that their referral would be as good as they are. (They have since confirmed with me that they no longer recommend Elite.)

Had Roman's p\Plumbing come to my house yesterday, for what I thought was a backed up sewer line. They diagnosed a full septic tank instead and recommended to address that instead of having Roman's Plumbing snake the line for nothing. They were right.
Roman's Plumbing resealed a toilet and that job was very well done.
The technician was honest and very friendly. I will use Roman's Plumbing again.

Roman's Plumbing was recommended by a friend and they are absolutely wonderful! I have them programed into my phone for any future plumbing issues. It's nice to finally have found a plumber that I can trust!

I had the best experience with Roman Plumbing! They were curteous, called me back immediately, and even though they had a very busy day, fitted me in to their schedule so I wouldn't be without a bathtub and shower!
The Technician ""West"" was awesome, gave me good advice to prevent a future problem.
Their rates were lower than everyone else I called and to top it all they resolved the problem quickly and efficiently, and to my surprise because they were late, gave me the service for free.
That is what I call ""Ethical business with integrity""!
I hope I don't have any more problems, but in the event that I do, I will go back to Roman Plumbing. They were awesome. Thank you guys!

Called Roman's on Wednesday because our water heater was leaking. They found a way to come out on Friday, and even told me they'd block off enough time so that we would get our water heater replaced the same day, if needed. (Though Pam told me they try to repair things instead of replacing them entirely - to save money!) Marcel came out right on time, checking things over, pointed out what the actual problem was, and gave me advice on how to fix my WASHER. Free of charge, even though I offered to pay for his time. Excellent service, and while I hope I don't need any repairs any time soon, Roman's is who I'm going to call when I do.

Just bought a new Condo and while moving in discovered a few plumbing issues including a leak in the kitchen. Called 4 plumbers and not one called me back except Roman's. The lady in the office was extremely nice and made sure I was ok until Monday when they could send someone out. They came out and fixed all my plumbing issues in an hour and were much cheaper than I thought they would be. The gentlemen knew exactly what he was doing, gave us great fast service and even got along great with our overly affectionate dogs! Well be using only them from now on.

Great service. I thought it was going to cost more but was pleasantly surprised at their reasonable rates. Marcel was our technician and he felt trustworthy and knowledgeable. We will be using Romens again and I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm sure these guys do a good job, and they are friendly and seem to work hard at customer service, but they gave me a bid for over $900 for plumbing work (new lines and pipes in a wall) that another top rated plumber on yelp did perfectly well for $500. I don't understand the difference in price but that significant a difference makes me suspicious of their pricing.

Dave, from Roman's, just left after spending several hours at my home. He replaced 3 bathroom faucets and drains, a kitchen faucet, two low flow, comfort height toilets and tub and shower handles. They worked around my schedule for the free estimate and to arrange installation. Just a pleasure to work with both Dave and Eleni in getting so many things updated. Love them!

Roman's Plumbing gets my vote for the best company I've done business with in Sonoma County. I've dealt with them several times now and they been fantastic.

The first time, we had a problem with a septic pump failure and sewage overflow. I called them at 5:00 on Friday afternoon and left a voice mail. Elini called me back from her mobile phone to say she was out of the office and sorry to say they were too short staffed to help me. But then she personally made several phone calls and found me a septic company who could work on Saturday that she would recommend to do the job. Then she continued to follow up with phone calls over the next week to make sure that things went well. They did. The other company was really good, but I was so impressed I knew I'd be going with Roman's in the future.

The next time an issue came up, Roman came out and gave me a free estimate. He is highly knowledge, professional, and personable. We scheduled the work for the first available slot, but they were so busy I needed to wait a week. I was fine with that since it wasn't an emergency. But then I got a call from Pam in the office (she's great too), who told me they had an earlier opening if I wanted it. They moved me up in the schedule so we got the job done even sooner. When Roman and his team came out, they were remarkably quick and the job cost less than anticipated.

Their work is top shelf, and their level customer service is so unparalleled that they should be teaching classes to other businesses. I highly recommend them.
