I highly recommend Roman's Plumbing. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly (Monica, in the office and Miguel, the technician who came to my house). Miguel replaced a damper on my water heater. He patiently answered all my questions and showed me what he was doing. I will phone them whenever I have plumbing needs.

I'm sending an updated review in the hopes that Yelp readers will read both. I literally could not stop talking about what a fantastic experience I had with Roman's Plumbing. Yesterday Roman himself fixed my leaking sink and make a believer out of this girl! He was so helpful and kind. Today, I open my mail and found a lovely card signed by everyone in the company thanking me for my business! I am literally blown away by their outstanding customer service and by the sincere, gracious way they run their business. Thank you Roman, Pam and Co, you guys are superheroes!

When my sewer line backed up (3 adults; we couldn't put any water down there, from toilets to sinks) PANIC. It wasn't just a clog, it was a broken sewer main. Ugh. Not only did Roman's get the work done, they were just great to deal with. Their office person, the scheduling, everything very dependable, businesslike, and extremely courteous and considerate. When you're a panicked homeowner, it's nice to work with people like this.

First off let me start by saying I post reviews on YELP about as often as Haley's Comet shows up so this review should be considered one of the high points of the 21st Century.

Here's the deal; last week we discovered our upstairs bathtub drain was/had been leaking down onto the ceiling of our first-floor bathroom. I did the foolish thing, I opened up the ceiling and went to YouTube to follow directions on how to repair such a problem. Let's call it user error, as no matter what video I followed I only made the leak worse. So I get on YELP and see Roman's reviews and decided to give them a call.

From the first phone call, (wish I could remember the name of the woman I talked to) I found Roman's to be very personable, professional and courteous. Roman was prompt showing up at the time he said he would. Again when meeting with Roman the courteousness, professionalism, and personableness was at the forefront.

Roman and his apprentice got to work. I had them working on two floors, in two bathrooms at the same time and I can honestly say we barely noticed that were people in our house working on the plumbing. The job was completed properly, in an extremely timely fashion, for the exact price quoted (which we found to be pretty reasonable). As for their cleanliness; all I can say that if Roman hadn't shown me the repairs that they made (and that the upstair's tub was now holding water), there would have no trace of them ever being here. Pretty incredible.

Look, every review of Roman's Plumbing prior to mine was so spot on. You want a company that exudes professionalism, personableness, courtesy, promptness and complete knowledge of their trade, go with Roman's Plumbing. ......If not.......Refer to YouTube....You'll eventually end up calling Roman's anyway.
