Roman Rooter Plumbing did an excellent job repairing a leak. They quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. I highly recommend them if you have any plumbing issue and need immediate service. They put a tarp down and are very conscientious with your home. They are very knowledgeable and are a veteran owned company. They give the homeowner a time frame and they are on time.

This is not a dependable company. I was referred to them by my home warranty company and only had contact via text. They never communicated over the phone. An appointment was set for Tuesday which also happen to be Valentine's Day. I waited two hours before I called the warranty company who informed me they were no longer taking my work order even though I confirmed 2 days prior. Although I called them several times that day and texted them, they never contacted me back. Not even a courtesy call or text saying they weren't coming out. Shame on them. Such poor customer service. Seems to be a pattern of the company from these reviews. Take your chances with this company- maybe they will show or maybe they will blow you off. I have yet to hear back from them.

Not a dependable or professional plumbing company. This company was referred to me by my home warranty company. I was initially contacted by Roman & he said he could be out to my home the following day between 12-4pm. He sent a text that day & said he couldn't come,because he was on another job. Roman then said the following day his schedule was open between 12-2pm. He never showed up & never contacted me via email,text or phone. I sent two text message & left a voicemail, still no response. Never did hear from him again.

I took my time searching for a good plumber and went with Roman Rooter after speaking with other companies. His prices were about the same as the other quotes but the difference was that this guy (Richard) returned my call right away. He was not pushy, just ready to serve. Very straightforward. I did not have to play phone tag as with other companies. He explained everything thoroughly in a way that made perfect sense. He was very focused on solving the plumbing problem and completed all work according to estimate. Work required 2 men
(himself and co-worker) and they were both very courteous and respectful in our home. No one likes plumbing problems, but I would hire them again if needed. Once we find someone we like, we stay with them ( tree trimmers, painters, mechanics etc.) I appreciate that he was very very knowledgeable how problem happened, how to fix it and how to prevent future problems.

Had to stop by and leave a review! This company is amazing, professional and affordable. What more can you ask for. Had some serious issues in one of my homes and not only did he respond quickly with a quote and options for me but since I decided I needed the job done immediately he was able to fit me in much sooner then I had expected. The job was finished in a reasonable time and displayed quality work as well. There was no half assing here!
If you need a place I highly recommend stopping right here!!!!!

Richard did an outstanding job. He was over my house within two days of requesting his services (last minute) to install a kitchen faucet. The hose was faulty and leaked within two days of installation so he came back to fix the issue and didn't charge me a dime! I found a plumber for my future plumbing issues! Boom!
