Horrible horrible people they show up to your house. They cut off the water. They don't tell you when they're cutting off the water. It doesn't matter if you're in the middle of showering your kid taking a shower or anything they think it's funny to just come and turn off the water they have a lack of customer service do not hire them. This is a horrible horrible company. And clearly their service is horrible as well because they have fixed whatever issue the tenant in the back has that they have to cut off all three houses water and all they can say is it's an emergency. Emergency or not you should let people know when you're gonna cut the water off because they might have their children or themselves in the restroom showering or whatever do not hire them.

I had requested quotes from several plumbers before I decided to get help from Roman. Pedro (the owner) is very professional and helpful. The pinhole under the crawling space was fixed professionally and even hooked me up with drywalls to be fixed which were left open by the previous plumbers leaving it open. Cleaned the job site properly, very detail-oriented, friendly, and reasonable price! I highly recommend this guy~!

Pedro was highly recommended to me when I had an emergency plumbing service. I called a few places because I am the type that has a hard time knowing if I'm making the best decision. It sucks when it's an emergency situation and you don't know who to trust and if their work will last the test of time.

So I am writing my review after few months and so far my plumbing situation is working really well. There are no more drainage issues and I have three kids which loves to use a roll of toilet paper every single time they go... iykyk lol.

So I decided to repipe my house which is 100 years old. This also includes the gas line. This is major work and even though I had an absolute great experience with Pedro and his crew, I had to ask five other contractors/plumbing company. They all gave their opinions, some over charging, some upselling, one didn't even sound like he knew what he was doing. I did my research outside of talking to these plumbers.

Pedro was the only one that didn't make me feel rushed. I obviously had to ask 1000 questions because I've heard of so many bad stories about repiping to find out there's a leak in the wall months later. He answered my questions and even suggested an alternative option which means he would totally lose out on my business. This is unheard of!

Anyways, we got our house repiped and the experience went smooth. He recommended people to drywall patch and to tidy up my house because of the necessary opening of the walls and stuff. They all were professional and had good things to say about Pedro outside of him being a plumber. So if you want a genuinely good person to help you when you're in a vulnerable situation, I'd highly recommend Pedro and his crew.

We had a sewer line leak in a Sunday morning. They came out within a few hours. Super nice and explained everything that was going in. They hydrojetted and took care of some buildup and root intrusion. Very quick, honest and friendly! Would definitely recommend!
