Ann and her crew at Roman Plumbing are true professionals. They offered a very fair bid to replace the polypropylene pipes and cast iron sewer pipes in my Cocoa Beach house, and having just had another job postponed, they were able to start right away in the middle of December, when most contractors wouldn't dream of starting a project. They showed up on time every morning until the project was done and passed inspection. Impeccable communication, and great attitude and work ethic by Ann and her team of 3. They even popped into my condo at the beach on two occasions during the same timeframe to change out bath fixtures and a hot water heater. I would not hesitate to call Roman for any plumbing need.

We had an emergency, called up, given a 2-hour time window same day in 2 hours. Communication is great with Anne & plumbers. Anne was even able to give me a ball park figure & it was within the """"strike"""" zone. They had called me to let me know they were running a little late & told me they were on the way from a nearby town & hoped it would be all right about 45 mins to an hour later. I said okay & within 45 minutes they were there. Anne & the plumbers were very personable & did a great job. Very satisfied with them.

We had an issue with a leaking toilet, called up, given a 2-hour time window same day in 2 hour at no extra charge. One problem led to another and they remained until the job was completed. Turned out to be an all day job. Ann, Gage and Ed were very knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Their work was exceptional and the final price was reasonable. I will not hesitate to call them again for any of the plumbing issues. Very, very, happy with them!
