Roman Plumbing was contracted by our home warranty to come unclog our main drain pipe after another company failed to completely clear the obstruction two days earlier. He was courteous and on time, and worked quickly running the drain snake well past our property line to ensure a clear path. We definitely would recommend Roman Plumbing to others, and will request them if we can if future problems arise.

Scheduled an appointment and employee showed up on time for estimate. We then scheduled a time for him to return and complete the job. I took time off of work to accommodate the scheduled time of 3:00 on Friday. Understanding that times can flexible in this industry, I waited until 5:15 before calling to ask if they were still planning on coming over since it was becoming late. The response was, ""let me call him"" (employee that was suppose to be there) and I'll have him call you back. The employee called back immediately to advise that he would not be making it over tonight and ask if I would like him to come over on Saturday between 11:00 and 12:00. I answered yes and again waited for him to show up. At 11:50 he text me to advise that he was busy and wouldn't be able to make it. On Monday, against my better judgment I text him back and ask if he was still interested in the job or should I find someone else? To my amazement, he said I should probably find someone else, oh but he was ""sorry"". I then called the phone number that I assume is the owner, and ask what was going on. I stated that I did not want that same employee and that maybe he could send someone else. He said that he understood and would call me back. That was Monday and this is Tuesday, still no call back. Obviously, I would NOT recommend this company what so ever.
