Excellent service and experience from Doug from the estimate through the installation. His 30+ years of experience really showed. He and his apprentice Matt dug a trench to run new wire and conduit to my garage and left my yard looking nearly like they were never there. They were careful to remove the dirt and grass in blocks that they could put back.

Doug also replaced a new light fixture I bought for my garage roof, over-looking the yard for a very reasonable add-on charge. The entire project was about 65% less than the other company I brought in for a quote.

Highly recommend. Tune up of air conditioning unit (cleaned out, checked wiring and how it was working with the furnace and thermostat). Changed filter on the furnace. Wire booties in the house and turned out the lights when they were done.

I had a leaking radiator so I called Roman to come and check it out. It was easy to make an appointment online and they were responsive. They were also upfront about the travel fee. Sadly given my condo building's setup (one boiler to rule them all) and the age of the building (100+ year old), they weren't able to resolve my issue on the day they visited. However, the men were great and explained everything to me and now I have a game plan going forward. And because it was a short visit and they couldn't do anything, I was not charged.

Awesome service! As always, Armand was on time, respectful of my home, and impeccable in the quality of his work! I wasn't aware that Roman Electric was able to do grout cleaning and repair, but Armand mentioned it while installing a new shower head and knob in my shower.

Armand noticed the discolored grout and silicone in the shower and mentioned that he could replace it. Armand removed the old, nasty, discolored silicone and he cleaned and replaced grout and silicone in my master bathroom shower. He perfectly matched the grout color and it turned out beautifully!

The shower looks brand new and he completed the work very quickly. I'm so pleased and impressed. I would highly recommend Roman Electric and Armand for any sort of plumbing needs one might have. Thank you!!

Lied about travel charge and holding quote until I pay it. No thanks. Office was disorganized and couldn't figure out when their person was coming and didn't tell them what they were coming for. Whole experience with them was sloppy and unprofessional.
