We had two plumbing related issues: a running toilet and a stopped up catch basin/storm drain. We looked for someone to help on Yelp and were happy to find someone who could help us with both. Chris responded promptly to my Yelp query with specific price and scheduling information.

On site, Chris was great. He helped us address both issues and gave us clear and transparent information about what our situation was with respect to each issue. The storm drain issue took some effort and persistence to address and Chris hung in there with us to get it cleared, even though we didn't have a lot of information to help him know what we were dealing with.

We will definitely call on him again for any plumbing related needs and appreciate that Yelp helped us connect with him.

First thing that struck me about Chris: He's friendly, easy-going and sincere. He was extremely generous with his time and expertise, willing to hear out every leak and clog that'd been festering over the years (besides the sink clog we originally called him for). Chris originally came out because toilets and tubs were backing up. I called on a Sunday left a message. He texted back that same day. I thought that it was his day off so I wasn't expecting a reply until the next day! We scheduled a time for Monday and he kept good communication. He was nice and explained a lot of stuff from the problem to maintenance. Problem was fixed. Until 4-5 days later I was back to square one with everything backed up again. This time I had a family member sick with the ""c"" word. So obviously Chris wouldn't be able to come in. He said in order to figure out the problem he would have to come in so he could diagnose but he couldn't because of my situation. I asked if he had guarantees on his work and he replied quickly and then offered to just run the pipes again without coming in. I can only hope that this second time can get me through until my house is free of ""c"" so if it happens again he can come inside. My pipes are not ideal and the types of toilets I have don't make it any better. So if you're in the market for a new toilet make sure it will work well with your piping! (I could be the only one with this problem though).
Anyway, I am very appreciative that he is coming back (within 20 mins of my first text to him). I couldn't just go to a hotel (because of ""c"") or use anyone else's toilet as well. I was stuck and I didn't know what to do (I have a family with 2 kids). Thank you Chris for helping me and my family. I will be sure to recommend your services to others.

I had Chris pressure wash our kitchen cleanout and install a garbage disposal. In addition to performing the work to my satisfaction, he also educated me on ways I can maintain my disposal, dishwasher and cleanout going forward. He was easy to talk to and gladly answered all of my questions. I plan on keeping his contact info for the next time I need plumbing services. Recommend him highly.

I searched and searched for a plumber when I came across Roma Rooter. The reviews were very good and I liked what they said about Chris. I requested a quote to clear two drains and Chris called back quickly and explained two different options. My husband and I liked the second one which was the Hydo jetting option. Although it was more expensive we felt that it was the best option for us. Chris came over and now we have nice clean drains that are working beautifully. The bathroom one was a little more of an issue since our house was built in 1940, Chris explained that there is corrosion inside of the pipes, but was able to clear them with a snake. After he finished we asked for a bid to put in our new bathroom faucet. It is so nice to have a plumber that we can trust. Chris is easy to speak with and explains everything to you before he starts. I myself appreciate that.
