Another 5-star review for Chris. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Very up-front and honest, and shares a wealth of knowledge. My very old water heater was at the end of its life and started leaking. Talked to Chris and scheduled a time to come out and replace it. Smooth job, fair price, great to chat with. Fixed a few items to bring up to code and offered some tips as well. Felt bad that I didn't have good shade and only able to offer water while he worked in the 90 degree plus heat. Thanks for all your efforts Chris - will definitely call you for any future plumbing needs!

Asked for a quote on yelp for our leaking washer hose and received many responses from a lot of businesses the same night.
But Chris from Roma Rooter was straight forward with his price and very professional and fit us in his schedule right away!

When he arrived (right on time) was friendly,professional and also knowledgeable and gave us a ton of helpful tips to keep our water hose from getting clogged again.

I would 100% recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing needs.

He offered options to fix the issue and ultimately we both agreed that what made sense wasn't necessarily the most expensive. Chris went above and beyond to help us diagnose a complex problem with our toilet. Unlike many of the larger companies that quoted us pricey projects without even clearly diagnosing the problem, Chris took the time to thoroughly understand the possible causes and help us try different troubleshooting methods even before we booked him for a house call. His explanations were detailed and helpful (we learned so much about toilets!) and you could tell how much he genuinely cares about what he does and helping others. Will definitely seek him out for our plumbing needs in the future and recommend him 100%.

My kitchen sink was extremely slow draining and coming up the other side. Chris came out and unplugged my drain and gave me tips on how to keep my drains clean so they don't clog. He was prompt and his pricing was reasonable. I will be using him again.

I selected Romo Rooter because he was local and not associated with a major chain. Chris is, in fact, an independent operator. He was very responsive and was on time arriving later the morning that I called. He had to clear a tree root clog in the main sewer line near the street from a cleanout in the side yard.

I was completely satisfied with his service - he explained what he was doing and why, and was very diligent in making sure the line was fully cleared before leaving the job. I do recommend Chris at Romo without any reservations.
