Horrible! I set an appointment, no one showed. I called and left a message to figure out what happened. I got a call the next day with apology. We rescheduled against my better judgement. So 30 minutes after our second scheduled appointment I called and he was still at the office/shop and gave me an excuse he was busy working on something else and could be at my house in 10 minutes. 12 minutes later he called and said he didn't have my address which I gave him each time we set the appointment. I hung up. He has no respect for other people's time and I can only assume his work reflects this. His name is Daryl by the way.
