If every service person in my life was like Raul my life would be easy! He comes same day, does the repair and charges a reasonable price. No bs, no mistakes, great job! I called him and asked him for a quote for my elderly parents because their shower handle was stuck. My dad had called mike diamond and their guy gave us an estimate of $777 for the shower cartridge and $295 for the shower head plus gasoline charge. That guy told me he was discounting the shower head from $495 to $295. I was highly suspicious so I called Raul and he told me that those two parts come together in a kit with the valve! Raul drove to another county to do the job for my parents, it was a big job and he charged them less than half the price. Raul's a gem!!

We called three plumbers and out of the three, Raul was the only one willing to come out at 7pm to fix our gas leak. He stayed late and returned the next day to finish the job. We sought quotes on Sunday night via Yelp to fix our garbage disposal/backed up sink, and Rolling's was the quickest to respond and set up a next day appointment. Raul's service was prompt, efficient, and honest--he quickly found and removed what was causing the backup instead of just swapping out the garbage disposal, saving us a couple hundred bucks. We plan to call Raul next time we have an issue.

Raul is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and explains every step of the process well. He repiped my entire home and added a hot water return line with all copper pipe and did it faster and cheaper than any other plumber who bid on the job (there were 5 total). He follows up and ensures everything is working well and identifies any potential issues that may pre-exist from past work done. I can't recommend him highly enough. Great work and a fair price with the comfort of knowing he will return and help if any follow up is required.

Raul has a pretty impressive work van - he gave me a quick tour of the inside. You can tell that he takes his profession very seriously and has invested lots of money into this trade.

I rarely write reviews but Raul definitely deserves his 5 stars. As a plumber, he is top notch. I have been dealing with a hot water problem for many, many years, having spent hundreds of dollars based on different plumbers' solutions. None of which worked. Finally as a last resort I called Raul who systematically approached the dilemma and, miraculously fixed it! for the first time in this condo, I can wash my hands in hot water without having to wait 10 minutes in my bathroom. As a person, Raul is kind, thoughtful and obviously passionate about his work and his work ethic is Unequivocally the best. And in addition, his willingness to accommodate my work hours, which meant him working at night and on the weekend without penalizing me, is unheard of and ever so appreciated.
I consider Raul a true diamond. Do yourself a favor and have him take care of your plumbing need.
