We have had clogging issues through the 35 years we have been at our house. What we need is a plumber that can get on roof for clean out as it us and older home. Now insurance considers that a liability we had to pay extra but that was clear before they came out. First they were on time. Appointment was at 9 they were here at 8:50am. Very polite and experienced in knowledge. Darren was lead and he had an apprentice with him. They did a great job. They were receptive and as we are older they knew the last place was the roof. Nd there was no way of getting out of it. It was worth every penny. Ty for the great professional customer service from the administrator to the workers. We were blessed today. Plumbing is expensive but it's better to know it was completed correctly.

I have used Rolland Reash several times over the past few years. The company I work for also uses them when needed. Last year they replaced a pump for my 2nd bath. The one I had was not always working correctly and had gotten quite frustrating. I had added this bath about 5 years ago when Hurricane Matthew caused a massive tree to fall on my house...when rebuilding the laundry room, my contractor added a bath in that space. Due to the distance from my septic tank, a pump was required. Rolland Reash came out and assessed the situation. They advised I needed a slightly differently type of pump and came out a couple of days later to remove the old one and install the new. I was given a set price for the job and that did not change. Since installation, I have had no issues whatsoever. More recently, my kitchen sink was stopping up on both sides. In addition, my hall bath toilet was difficult to flush. I went to Rolland Reash's website and completed info for someone to contact me for a service call. It was after hours on Thursday night and not an emergency. I got a phone call from RR @ 8 the following morning and was told someone could be out around 1 PM the same day. I was also quoted a price for the job. The technicians arrived right on time and within an hour, both of my plumbing issues had been successfully resolved! Just FYI-If you happen to be reading this and your sink is not draining like mine...they may try to unclog it from the inside first. If that does not work, they will likely try going on your roof and accessing the vent pipe. That's what happened with mine. The vent pipe was clogged up. This is the 2nd time since I've owned my home (32 years) that the vent had to be unclogged. The first time, I didn't even know what a vent pipe was! Plumbing issues can be intimidating when you don't know a lot about how it all works. Kind of like taking your car in for repairs...you don't know what's wrong, how to fix it, or how much it might cost. Call Rolland Reash when you have plumbing issues and leave it to the experts!

I needed a disposal replaced and some of the plumbing into the wall from the pee trap wasn't done correctly. Consequently I would have frequent back ups in the sink and tiny food particles on my dishes. They fixed that without me even asking and explained to me why I had food particles and back ups in my sink. Everything runs smoothly and clean now. Thanks!!!!

They took care of the issue of having to re-pipe my home because of a slab leak. Price was right, work was done quickly, their staff was courteous and professional, and followed COVID-19 safety protocol. Only one small snafu, but they made up for it quickly, and without any problem. I would recommend Rolland Reash Plumbing 100%, and would use them again if a plumbing issue came up. Anthony showed up within a few hours after I called, and found the leak between the meter and the house within minutes. He was able to quickly fix this, and was very friendly and knowledgeable, discussing some upcoming maintenance I asked about. I have found my plumber, and couldn't be happier. Fair pricing too!

I had a 4 piece tub/shower installed for $2,950. It was not worth the money or hassle. It was a surprise to see the tub because they sent a picture of a computer screen with pictures of the tub and said """"this is the best I can do."""" They stated that the tub was standard but failed at acknowledging a curve that would show a concrete slab. Their solution? Put 1/2 round across leaving a 2in gap still exposing concrete and 2-3 inches of caulk smeared on the tub where they """"glued"""" the 1/2round with caulk (they also tried to use finishing nails in concrete) and """" wiped"""" the excess. There were a few other things but they came out and """"fixed"""" the 1/2 round by cutting it to 45° and then a few days later all the caulking started to crack and pop off the tub. They again came out to fix the problems but then ripped off the 1/2 round because it was not PVC and then proceeded to ruin our new floor....they spoke to my wife in a very condescending tone. The finish on their work leaves a lot to be desired.

Came out fast and did a good job. But very, very expensive! $440 for two hours and that price didn't include the replacement toilet I had to run to Home Depot for in the middle of the job (while they waited ... on the clock!). Tech was good and no complaints about their work, only the insane, out-of-this-world price. 3.5/5.
