Called and setup an appointment same day. Their office called to let us know the plumber was on the way. He went to work right away and was able clear a blockage in the main line. Vern was very friendly and I appreciated his expertise. Price was very reasonable.

My wife called this company at 8:30 am left a MSG, called back at 10:30 am as she did not get a call back. She was told a plumber would call her in about two hours, she called back at 1:30 pm and woman she spoke to was very rude to her and again was told a plumber would call her. I got home at 5 pm and still no call, no plumber, we called rescue rooter at 5:15 pm and at 5:50 pm plumber called said he was on his way.
I do NOT recommend Roll N Rooter.

Very rude. We made an appointment in the morning. They gave us a window of 6pm-8pm. They did not call until 9:30pm and asked if we still wanted a plumber and when my wife told the dispatcher that they had blown the window by an hour and half. The lady then ended the conversation by hanging up on her. No Bueno!

I'm not sure if Vern is the owner of the company, but this man is amazing. I've had my share of leaks and plumbing issues and Vern is by far the best. He was able to look at the problem, explain the cause, fix the issue and let everyone go on with their lives. He's the friendliest plumbing expert I've met. He helped us fix our clogged kitchen sink and bathroom sink on a Sunday night. Effortlessly snaked the pipes and after all was said and done, he cleaned up after himself and was on his way.
