At Roland C. Abbott Plumbing and Heating, Inc., we provide constant service for your plumbing and heating requirements.

We began in 2001, operating out of our home until 2004, when we moved to what was Dave's Auto Repair facility just north town.

In 2007, we had a moment to move to our new site in Littleton.

Initially, we concentrated on plumbing and heating installation services along with limited repair tasks.

In 2003, we expanded heating repair tasks, offering 24/7 emergency service.

We received our pump installer’s license in 2003, and in 2009, we secured our backflow testing certification.

We are a dedicated Veteran-owned business.

this company put in three split Mitsubishi units a year and a half ago in our Lunenburg house. They did not have a Vermont Electric license so we had to hire a Vermont electrician to connect the units after they were put in. $12,000 later one of the units now is not working. They cannot service it because not only do they not have a Vermont Electric license they do not have a Vermont plumbing license now. we asked when the plumbing license expired, It was one month after they had put in our unit from the way the secretary was talking. She knew that they were not going to renew their license yet they still took our money and put in the units Now we have nobody to service our units. I have called all over the state of Vermont. We are left in a big hole.Emails unanswered, phone calls unanswered for two months. if you're saying stupid on us for using them then I agree. But don't you fall for the same mistake based on their customer service I wouldn't even pick up the phone for a quote From them.

Run fast from this company! Horrible service last year. I was told a price and it was double when I got the bill. They said I had to pay for 2 people per hour and one was just standing around ""teaching"" the other guy. Now I have to pay double the price since they sent 2 people to do the work of one person. Why should I have to pay for teaching the guy how to do plumbing. Oh and the main guy didn't want to crawl under the house because he didn't want to get wet hahaha. What is your job? You also pay from when they leave the shop and when they get back to the shop, so travel time. So yeah I paid over a thousand dollars for what should have been maybe 300-400 tops. I tell everyone I can to stay away from this company. Are you happy now that you are losing business?

I called them twice within a 10 day period about installing a mini split system. Since they are listed a Diamond Contractor for the system I was intrested in. No one ever returned my calls and was told the would contact me. The courtesy of a return call would have been appreciated. I have since found another company to perform the work.

Would not recommend this company. Used them for the time ever for a clogged sewer drain. The plumbers were wonderful and fast. They weren't even at my house an hour. I was very impressed with their skill and attitudes. My problem came when I got the bill and was charged for 4 hours of service. I called the office to find out why 4 hours (maybe this was the standard amount) and was told I had a bad attitude and was given no explanation at all. I was not even able to talk to the plumbers that services us or the owner. Simply over billed and allowed no say. My wife and I are senior citizens and feel as if our age was the reason, we were taken advantage of. Since we are on a fixed income unexpected expenses are already a struggle, but then to be over billed with no recourse just makes day to day life even harder.

We own a second home in Franconia and Abbott's has been great at responding to a number of plumbing issues that have come up, often in a short time frame as we aren't usually there for very long. They've been quick to respond on weekends through the on-call service and the plumbers have done excellent work. We highly recommend this company.
