So, I had my sewer backed up and called Rol Air. They came out and $600 stated they had cleaned out the pipe and there weren't many roots. Two weeks later I had a more severe back up and called them again. They charged me $250 to tell me the same thing that it was cleaned out- nothing was coming up and it was likely a belly in the pipe. They don't do bellies. So I just had Roto-Rooter out here and they looked at the pipe and found ROOTS. Not a belly. They said there were quite a few roots in there likely causing the issue. So I spend $850 at Rol Air to do absolutely nothing. I will NEVER recommend this company. I have contacted the Better Business Beureau for taking advantage of me and charging that much money to not do their job.

They sold and installed the wrong part for our furnace. We had to hire another contractor the next day and pay for the correct part AGAIN. They refuse to give us our $468 back for a part that was completely useless!! Do NOT whatever you do use this company. They are scammers!!!

We called at 1 on a Friday. Our heart wouldn't stay on. I was told 5 they would be here between 2 and 4 and I got a call from the tech at 1:50 saying he was 20 minutes out. Problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour. Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. They will be our go to for these needs.

Called them to help with a clogged sink at my house. Rol Air sent an inexperience plumber by himself to run a snake. After being unable to unclog my sink, he call his boss who, instead of coming to checkout his employees work, just told him tell me that the main pipe has probably ""bellied"" out and that it would cost me thousands of dollar to repair. I told them I would need time to come up with that kind of money. After he the plumber left, I went to home depot to rented a 75 ft snake and ran it myself. After multiple passes and boiling hot water proud down the drain, the drain eventually unclogged. I would not recommend this company and try a different plumber.

The technicians that came out was friendly,knowledgeable and very efficient. He explained everything to me, and helped me decide the best course of action for my current situation with the money I had today. He also gave me an estimate of what should be done in the near future. And also helped to ease my mind with saying they offer affordable payment plans.

love their service have not had a bad experience. Love that they are on time and efficient and employees are extremely nice and know their craft very well! I Will only use this company for all my plumbing, heating, AC, etc!
