We had no water after the city turned off all water due to a water main break. The guy came promptly, and he unplugged the clogged pipes after the city turned the main back on. I have great water pressure in the bathroom, although it may be too great there because the kitchen sink barely has any water coming out of the cold side. It's great on the hot side but barely over a trickle for cold. I said something & the guy said well at least you have water now & just couldn't get outta here fast enough. That is poor service in my mind.

We live in Idleyld Park, Oregon 26 miles east of Roseburg. It's hard to get anyone to come up here when we have issues with anything! Mike has come up here several times (3 or 4 times really) to help us figure out the mystery of our water system. Suffice it to say, Mike (and his wife Sheri) have gone way way above and beyond and kepted at it until he got the issues taken care of and we finally have drinking water again.

We had to be patient, but Mike got here as soon as he was available. Can't thank him enough for ALL the help and expertise ! Always smiling, hard working, tidy, considerate, trustworthy, a man of his word.
