Can't say enough about our amazing experience with Rok Plumbing! Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough with explaining our issue (slab leak...), and fixed everything quickly and without a mess. He even helped fix a few smaller things while he was here for practically pennies. So glad we have found a reliable plumber we'll be calling for all future plumbing issues!

Woke up this morning to a leak in our thermal expansion tank that sits right above our hot water heater. Our ""fantastic"" water actually ate a hole right through the steel tank, spraying water everywhere in the garage. Called Jeremy at 8:34am and left an urgent message. He called me back exactly 30 min later and was here 5 min after that. He was already in the area and was able to come immediately. He went and bought a new tank and was done in less than an hour. Great guys, knowledgeable, quick and very fair. Highly recommend Rok Plumbing!!!!

Jeremy responded to my text quickly for a leaking toilet in our guest room while my handicap mother was visiting. He not only was competent, didn't charge me (he's doing work next door), but was beyond respectful to my mother. If he had time I would have invited him to stay for a luncheon I was having! First week in our new house and my son pulled off a very old valve to an exposed pipe in our front yard. Disaster!. I found Rok via yelp and within an hour Jeremy and Tim were fixing the pipe. Thank you for your quick response time!

I would highly recommend Jeremy and his crew. We initially had another (large corporate) company come out and they quoted a very high price to hydrajet what appeared to be a major root problem far down the main sewer line (hard to tell because their blurry camera didn't show me anything). Fortunately my wife got Jeremy's number from a friend and she reached out to him that Saturday afternoon while the other company was still at the house and was quoted a very fair price for the same hydrajetting service on top of being very responsive to all of our questions. We felt much more comfortable with Jeremy and sent the other company home.

While Jeremy himself couldn't make it that night, he reached out and was able to get Gordon, who was awesome! Cannot say enough good things about him. Took his time to thoroughly clean everything out (all 108 feet from cleanout to city connection), running the jetter and camera (with a clear picture!) through multiple times showing and explaining to me exactly what was going on. In addition to being so thorough in cleaning, he was very considerate of our neighbors as to the noise of the equipment.

To summarize, even if you have another company at your house trying to pressure you into their service, reach out to Jeremy to see what he can do. Better yet, call him first!

Cannot say enough good things about how friendly and professional Jeremy was throughout the whole process. Had a recurring plumbing issue that Jeremy was able diagnose rather quickly. I had another local plumber come by for maybe 15 minutes snaked the drain, charged me $300, and left-without any real explanation on how to prevent it from happening again. that plumber just said to get the drained snaked by a plumber routinely. when the issue happened again i looked for an alternative and i found ROK plumbing thank goodness! Jeremy diagnosed the issue and gave me a few options with the pros and cons of each, as well as how much each option would cost. He was honest, efficient, and extremely reasonably priced compared to all the other plumbers i contacted. from now on Jeremy and ROK will be the only plumbing company i will use!

I had a pretty water leak in my wall. Jeremy and Tim came right away and found the problem and resolved it the same day at a reasonable price. They were professional and clean. I highly recommend them!

We had Jeremy come out and fix a slab leak we had last year- he was very quick to come out and check out our problem, and he was very professional. We had someone else come a week before for a different slab leak and they left holes in our walls and everything kind of a mess. Jeremy pointed out things they did that were sort of sloppy (we could already tell- this is why we called someone new) Well this weekend we had a problem with our water heater, we have American Home Shield so they sent someone out who was very unprofessional and charged us $125 just to tell us we need a new heater and they couldn't fix it for a few more days - meanwhile we have been out of hot water for 3 days already!! I finally just called Rok Plumbing- he was off work at the time but came right over and ordered a new heater right away- he was back right away in the morning and got everything fixed and his price was WAY better than going through AHS. I would definitely recommend them!

Jeremy is amazing. He has been to our house several times now for several different repairs and issues. He always responds promptly, communicates clearly, is honest even when it means he makes less money, and works quickly and cleanly. He never tries to upsell you and never does unnecessary work. We love the whole house water filtration system he recommended instead of a softener as well. He is very nice to our children and I feel safe with him in our home. I have recommended him to countless other moms and they are all happy as well. You will not regret using Jeremy. I just wish I could find more professionals like him.
