We hired Kim from Rogue Plumbing to replace toilets, replace a 30-year-old water heater in a very tight space, and redo the washer plumbing from top to bottom in a manufactured home we are remodeling. It's hard to find someone in Medford with all the contractors so busy up there after the fires, and we were at a disadvantage trying to manage the project from California with no one living in the home. Kim was the perfect choice for our situation. He was prompt, professional, reliable, gave us advice on what fixtures to choose, and left everything looking and working perfectly. We were worried because we found out that renovating an older manufactured home is trickier than standard construction, but he figured out how to make it all work. We felt confident with him there taking care of it all to get the home ready for move in from out of state. I recommend him highly - thank you Kim!

I will only hire Kim! I picked him because of the comments on yelp and so glad I did. My water heater was leaking and making a mess. It was in a very cramped space in a closet but Kim got in there and did a great job. He also fixed a leak under the sink. His bill was a surprise because in my view it was low for the amount of work he did!! Others have said what a nice guy he is and I agree one hundred percent. Had a problem with my dishwasher drain that I created from false YouTube confidence that he fixed easily without being condescending at all. We had a valve leaking from our water main going to our pressure regulator and it was spraying water every where. It was a Friday and I had a house full of company for the weekend. Needless to say I was stressed!!! I tried calling at least 8 different plumbers and no one was able to help. I called Rogue Plumbing. Kim answered and was so professional. He said that there might be a chance that he could come out that day but wasn't sure. He said that he could call me back in a little bit to let me know, but in the mean time he said that I could keep trying to call other plumbers. Within 30 minutes, Kim called back to see if I found any one, which I hadn't. He said he could be to our home in less than 30 minutes to take a look at our problem. He was here in less than 20 minutes! He was able to fix our repair and for a very reasonable price. He did an AMAZING job and was so kind and professional. My husband who is an engineer was extremely impressed with the job he did. Kim also helped me with dealing with my home warranty company as well regarding the water leak. He also contacted us two days later to make sure everything was good. I wish I could find the words to express what an amazing experience we had working with him. We HIGHLY recommend him!

I almost hate to give a good review, it's sometimes hard to get an appointment now because he's so popular. But, Kim at Rogue Plumbing is great, he shows up right on time, works hard, is fairly reasonable, he's a plumber they do deserve some $$$. But on top of being the best plumber I've ever hired he's one of the nicest guys you'd ever want to meet. So far he's installed new water lines to a house we added, water for my goats, repaired a toilet, a water line for the fridge, repaired drain lines for our rain water system. Everything is done professionally and quickly. I will never call another plumber. Thanks Kim!

Hands down, best plumber, ever! We had to replace all our clean water pipes *under* our horrible crawl-space house. Kim ""Hammer"" Ramsey and his assistant got the job done in less than two days. We now have state of the art water pipes that won't break for a long time and didn't have to get dirty under our cobweb house. Thorough and complete. Highly & ultimately recommend (we've had three other projects done by Rogue Plumbing--all good)!
