Happiness is a working toilet and kitchen sprayer...no really! I couldn't be happier with Jon at Rogue Plumbing. He came over assessed the problems and gave me an estimate that was reasonable. He had to order a part that took some time to get here, but once it came,he came over and fixed it. Reasonable and on time...what's not to like!

I woke up to a puddle of water under my toilet. I called Rogue Plumbing and he was able to fit me in before lunch. Jon was in and out within an hour. I kept hearing a beeping noise and finally figured out it was my backup sump pump. Jon had replaced a kitchen faucet for me a few months ago so I called him. Unfortunately, today is a below zero day but he came out quickly diagnosed my sump pump had failed. I mentioned that this is my third pump in 11 years, Jon figured out why my other pumps were failing so quickly and fixed the problem and put in the new pump. He comes prepared and does excellent work. I will recommend him and am very glad I kept his card from his last visit. Good plumbers are hard to come by.

I have to say I am incredibly impressed with Rouge. Personally, I'm not a fan of any contractor, and the good ones are tuff to come by. This company is a keeper. High quality work, did a fabulous job on my battery backup system installation (I am impressed with the unit he installed as well), as well as replacing a few check valves on my new townhome.

He took the time to break down materials and labor when I called for the quote. Others I had called were not like this. He was able to lay out the actual product being installed (Backup unit he'd be installing), and broke down all the costs ""line by line.""

This is what any contractor should do for their customers in my opinion. I received lower estimates over the phone, but I went with him because he was thorough in his quote. (Others couldn't tell me their labor costs vs materials, and one didn't know the unit he'd install). I've seen it all to many times where the quote something and the price changes (increases of course). To me I will go with anyone who is honest upfront, as his quote was more in line with my expectations. NOTE : They did charge me a bit less than I was quoted as well

Lastly, a situation arose that was unrelated to the plumbing work itself. We will just say it was bad luck for both myself and the plumber. I ended up with some bad damage to my kitchen floor. I am EXTREMELY happy with the way Rouge handled this. (Always ensure your contractors have insurance for this purchase) They noted the issues on the bill in detail, and took the the neccesary steps to ensure I was taken care of. Even following up with me when things were finalized and repaired. (I could see he was genuinly sorry for the mishap, and it could have happened to anyone honestly)

I will use Rouge again, and refer them to anyone who is in need of a reliable, honest plumber, that does quality work.

We had a problem with our sump pump, and i was out town. I found Rogue Plumbing on Yelp and gave John a call. He reacted quickly and did a good job - for a reasonable cost.
I would highly recommend Rogue Plumbing.

We needed a sump pump and ejector pump to be replaced. After getting several quotes from different companies, I chose Rogue because of their rating, reasonable price, and quality of pumps (Zoeller Mfg.) Jon showed up promptly and did a great job on the installation. He explained what he did after he was finished. He cleaned up and took our old pumps for disposal. The entire experience was very good and I highly recommend them.

We called Rogue to get a water line put in for an ice maker. At the same time we wanted a second line run for when we eventually buy a new fridge with a built in ice maker. The cost was reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done and my boyfriend said it was it was a work of art. I would highly recommend this company.
