While cleaning my RV roof I noticed cracks in the sealant around the vents needed work. James and crew of one arrived on time as promised. Serviced my camp trailer quickly and at fair price. They came right to my camper at Whitehorse RV Park on Lower River Road in Grants Pass. Didn't waste any time after reviewing the work to be done; sealed my roof jacks and repaired a lifted seam on my 2 year old Coleman. I noted a clean and organized truck and equipment. Great job! I had a problem somewhere in the chassis part of my Transit based motorhome, causing a failure to charge the coach batteries while driving. James did some testing and got into it. He had to remove both of the chassis batteries and their box (crammed under the driver's seat) before gaining access to Ford's Customer Connection Point and the three hidden fuses, one of which was blown. Job well done, on time and at a reasonable price for coming to my home.

He contacted me right away and arranged to come to my campsite at 9am Sunday morning. He was exactly on time and was able to diagnose and fix my electrical problem quickly. James is aces in my book; he's prompt in responding, knows how to triage a problem and made it possible for us to continue our RV trip with minimal interruption! My motorhome Lp refill valve was stuck closed, it took only a few minutes to discover the shutoff switch had corroded contact; a little brush off and the solenoid valve works fine, in both directions! Thanks, James!
