Replaced blue poly butylene pipe in 2016 supposedly from meter into home as this pipe is defective and had a class action law suit but ran out. Three years later water bill goes over $600, water meter full of water, hired plumber to find leak, Rogers left a 9-12"""" section in ground instead of replacing all the way to meter as invoice stated Contacted Rogers and they said it was approved and invoice is common even that they left a 9-12"""" piece of defective pipe in ground!!! Seems like not a very reputable company practice and will not reimburse for out of pocket expenses. I would never use or recommend this company for BAD COMPANY PRACTICE. Plumbing license should be revoked and after I contact the GA Secretary of State licensing and BBB we shall see what happens.
