After spending approximately 5,000 to fix an issues with our main drain. A year later low and behold the issues was NOT Fixed. Well after getting a special discount (because they did not fix the issue the first time) to this time really fix the problem. A discount making our new quote 13,000 (a bonus 2,500 taken off be cause the first repair). I finally did the smart thing and called another company. For 1/2 the price only 6,000 the other company was able to fix the issue completely. The exact same way Echo was planning on doing it.

First up, the two guys that showed up when I had issues with a disposal and an outside faucet were great. They knew what they were doing and fixed those two issues well. Great job. The orice was a little on the high side but no real heartburn because response time was great. The one caution I have is not only are these guys good at fixing things but they are good at finding things that probably need attention. Once they find something or you point out something the magic price book comes out and all of the sudden a job that might cost a couple hundred dollars costs thousands. So I'd call these guys again in a heartbeat but I also know when to say ""no"" on suggestive sales. Good guys, good work but ...be smart about it.

An update. The outside faucet that was repaired during the initial visit leaked. So 4ECO came back, replaced the valve at no cost. They also did some work on the main water valve putting in an up to date valve. A supervisor came out with the technician and it all went very well. Btw these are not your fathers plumbers...young folks learning the vocation and very polite

Way too expensive and not honoring a valid warranty. Very disappointing. Apparently they have bought previously reputable companies and ruining their name by gouging people and using dishonest sales practices.

We are a previous Rainbow Plumbing customer for life, and we did know that a new company had taken over, but we were willing to take a chance. We were told that we would receive 10% off due to being a Rainbow Plumbing customer (this was not done), but we did get a postcard in the mail for $25 off our next service (maybe this was the 10% discount?). We were told by the nice lady on the phone that the plumber would be wearing a mask (he did not, nor his supervisor that he brought into the house). We paid $242 for a 10 minute main drain snaking job that probably would have cost us $80 from Rainbow. The work was guaranteed for 30 days. One month and one day later, we have the same problem, and company refused to honor their work. I get it, but it is so disappointing, especially during our current pandemic. On a positive note, we were able to get a next day appointment, and they were prompt/on-time.

Colden came out to do a routine check. He didn't introduce himself at the door. I showed him the way to the basement and when he was done looking at the item of interest in the basement, he came upstairs and said to me, ""Come downstairs"". I would appreciate the common courtesy of asking someone if they could please come downstairs for a moment. He made quite a checklist of what needed to be done and I felt very pressured. While I was in the living room, he proceeded to go into our bathroom and kitchen to test the faucets without even telling me what he was going to do. All of a sudden, I hear sounds in the bathroom and couldn't believe he would go in there without telling me, especially when I hadn't shown him where it was.
He was not understanding of the fact that we cannot afford to have work done right now. It would go a long way if someone would teach him basic manners.

i would not use this company. i called them about a problem i was having with a toilet. the plumber showed up recommended that i buy a whole new toilet for $900 but could replace the inside for just $525. when inquiring further he admitted to not even turning on the water to the toilet. when i got a second opinion there needed to be a valve replaced which cost about $25. when i called back to let the company know what had happened i was told a manager would call me back.. i'm still waiting.

I have used Rainbow plumbing in the past and they did good work and were reasonably priced. No longer. Had a job done today to clear a line to the septic tank (all of 20 feet) and was gouged with the price of work that took 10 minutes. If I had known the price upfront I would not have had them come out.
The merger to create the 4 eco services failed their old customers.
Won't use them again.

Fair and honest; I appreciated their upfront prices and punctuality. I'm not sure what some of these other reviews are talking about in reference to pricing, because that certainly was not my experience. When you need your HVAC fixed quickly, these are the guys to call. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Today I had 4 Eco Services perform a yearly check on my old hot water heater. My appointment was scheduled for sometime between 8am and 10am. I received a much appreciated courtesy phone call at 8:58am from Katelynn, who initially setup the appointment, letting me know that the servicemen were on their way. I really appreciated the heads up. They arrived about 10 minutes later. I followed the servicemen, Jason and Chris, as they did a very thorough job, explaining all they were doing, and giving me many helpful ideas concerning what looked good, and what might be a future concern. They wore paper shoe covers while in my house, and kept their work areas clean. Both of them were very professional, and I felt very safe in my house with them. I highly recommend them!!!

Great customer service! Thanks to Matt, Curtis, Zach, and Adam, we now have a home that is cool on all floors! These guys were amazing!! We were a challenge for them due to the wonderful builders put in screwy duct lines and it was like a sauna on the 3rd floor and the Arctic on the main floor. They had to put in a zone system, so we now have 3 thermostats. That was quite pricey $$$, I know we should have shopped around but when you can't sleep at nite, you make hasty decisions. We chose this place because of the reviews! you might want to check other places before you sign on the dotted line! Bottom line, we are now comfortable on all floors, including the basement that we couldn't even sit in w/out a blanket or Parka, anytime of the year!! The reason I'm giving 4 stars is I didn't like the salesman they sent out to check our hot water heater, he acted like it was going to go out a any second due to the age. We hadn't had any problems, just wanted it checked!! He went to top of the line replacement heaters & said other things just didn't sound right, we ended up calling someone else to check it and all was well at no charge to us!!
