Contracted to install a Nest thermostat, haven't reached out weeks after Home Depot sent the information

I requested a shut off valve n flush kit installed n was told it wouldn't be that much
The tech installed partial flush kit n shut off valve n charged $242 for 15 min job when i asked about the round piece over the flapper he didn't install he said he couldn't because bolts were rusted why in the hell didn't he replace the damn bolts for $242 but he said he couldn't wth. Highway robbery. Never use this company they do only a partial job but screw you with cost. I am disabled n the gal that scheduled it said it wouldn't be that much because its a small job n the tech can give you a better rate .
15 mins is all it took.

They scammed me twice. Once on free furnace inspection that would cost me $900 plus labor. Got a second opinion and found nothing was wrong. Second on the new water heater. The tech drained and cleaned the water heater then as he was going around the house to get the air out of the pipes.. allegedly broke one of the faucets in the master bedroom it cost me $300 to replace the two faucets with a much cheaper contractor grade. I do fall into the older age group but I didn't just fall off of the turnip truck. Scammers !! beware!!

The service and the technician were wonderful. He did a good job. I had a broken shower valve and I wanted to get it fixed without cutting a bigger hole in the wall. He said he had to have room to work and would have to cut a 16 x 10 inch opening behind the shower valve. He only had the most basic valve and only shiny chrome visible parts. I asked about upgrading to a different valve and he said that it would be much more expensive. I could not get him to tell me exactly how much more and he finally said the price might be double. After loosing every argument with him I gave in because I wanted to be done with everything. In the end 3 hrs of labor and $190 of parts the charged me $1,598. If that appeals to you then they are your plumber but from now on I'm referring to him as Roger the Bandit. I'm all for living wages but the technician wasn't getting paid an enormous amount of money, just the owners. Being without water for two days made me do something stupid-agreeing to the work-but I guess that's part of their business strategy.

My 80 year old parents had a ""free"" furnace inspection and was told they needed a $6K replacement. The furnace was working fine. Right after the technician left, the furnace stopped working completely. My parents called another company to see what was going on. They technician asked if someone recently worked on the unit. He found that some wiring was disconnected. A 60 second fix had it up and running.. I can't believe these guys.. They are scamming the elderly ! WTH..

Hire someone else. Job was overpriced and not complete when they left. I had to go buy another part and figure it out on my own. Do yourself a favor and call someone, anyone, else.

My 92 year old Mother's air conditioning stopped working. So I called 4eco services, aka Roger the Plumber. They told her that she needed a new unit. Which would run between $5,000 and $10,000. We called someone else for a second opinion. He fixed her air for $100. He told her that nothing major was wrong with her ac. Another company trying to take advantage of an elderly person. Shame on you!!

They are not honoring any part of purchased parts and labor 5-year warranty. The fact that 4eco and Roger the Plumber have merged does NOT invalidate a warranty contract. Same tech as before, exact same sales pitch to pay more and rely on a complete parts and labor warranty. The receptionist did not give me that information over the phone and wasted my time in sending a plumber out. No, I will not be paying again for a replacement 2 years later that you promised under contract would be covered. Class action anyone?

I was charged $242 for a plumber to come out and install a shutoff valve under our kitchen sink. It took a half hour and the valve may have cost $25. Highway robbery. Had I turned them away, they would have charged $89 for the visit. Thanks Roger. Will never call them again.

CONSUMERS BEWARE: My parents were offered a free furnace inspection which resulted in their furnace being condemned. They were offered a new unit for ""only $8,000"" before the cold weather hits. Second opinion today found no problems with their current furnace. They are targeting the elderly who don't know how to look at internet reviews. Watch out for your loved ones as these scam artists are just trying to get your money.
