I would never use this plumber under any circumstance . Evidently runs a very low budget business . They set up appointments and then never show . You can not reach them . They do not return text and their voice mail is always full

In the past, I had Roger install a new faucet and fix a faucet that was leaking and those experiences were good; however, my most recent interactions related to a more complex plumbing problem, have not been good at all, so I have reached out to a more knowledgeable and responsive plumbing company that I have also used in the past. Roger and his team have been unable to figure out how to fix an issue with my master bath faucet. Although hot water comes out of all other faucets in the master bath, there is only cold water coming out of the master bath faucet. He and his team have been out three times and couldn't figure out how to resolve the issue. They were also non-responsive, promising to show up and then not showing up and not communicating or responding to my calls and texts. It appears they can handle the simple repairs but are not competent when it comes to more complex plumbing issues. And Roger's lack of responsiveness and poor customer service and the fact that he left the issue unresolved are very unprofessional. I do not recommend this business.

Booked an appointment on his website on a Monday for a Thursday morning appointment. He never showed up and didn't pick up phone call or respond to email. Voicemail was full, no clue if this business is still operational

Roger came out within hours of my call to inspect my water heater issue and had a new one installed the next day! He has great pricing, did wonderful work, and addressed a few other concerns I had with my home while he was here. I would highly recommend Roger for any of your plumbing needs!

We've used Roger twice in less than a month. First, to install a laundry room sink, and then, to replace a pedestal sink with a vanity sink. Both times, Roger was on-time, provided a price quote upfront, and did an excellent job. We would definitely use him again.
